The migration policy of the Czech Republic since 1989

This diploma thesis focuses on migration policy in the Czech Republic since 1989. The main objective is to analyze benefits and on the other hand negatives associated with the employing foreign workers. At the beginning of this thesis, there is briefly described a development on Czech labor market since 1989. Then the rest is focused on an actual situation on Czech labor market. There is a definition of a law scope connected with employing foreigners, what they have to do, what kind of visa they need, etc. Another section is focused on reasons, why foreigners come to work to the Czech Republic and in which sectors their labor is mostly used. One paragraph is also dedicated to projects that are focused on helping foreigners with the integration. The evaluating part deals with the pros and cons of employing foreigners and possible solutions that could improve that situation in the future and the final part is focused on the Czech inhabitants coming to work to foreign countries.

Education Innovation Possibilities at the Faculty of Management

This work is divided into two parts -- the theoretical and practical ones. Main intention of the theoretical part was to provide comprehend views of current state of tertiary education in our country. For this purpose, particular chapters dealt with key terms, current problems and selected aspects of tertiary education. The outputs of the educational process, i.e. satisfaction of Czech labour market with graduates and the requirements of this market for graduates were not omitted. Main objective resulting from setting of this work, i.e. searching alternatives that may lead to innovative education at the faculty of management, was implemented within the frame of the practical part. First of all, research targets, research questions, research sample and ways of data processing were specified. The key chapter is the fourth one, presenting and interpreting the data collected. Outputs were assorted in tables or graphs, completed by appropriate comments. Crucial points were summarized in the end of the work. Especially the main research conclusions, benefits acquired from this work, recommendations rised for the faculty management and some other interesting findings.

Analyze of the management municipality of Kobylí

In my Bachelor's thesis I would like to mention some investment projects carried out by the the Kobylí municipality. These projects, which involved investments in the millions of Czech crowns (CZK), were financed by the state budget, the county budget and the EU. I would like to show an example of how investment projects can be used for development of a municipality. The goal of my work is to analyze how the Kobylí municipality was managed during two terms of office during the years 2002 -- 2010. In the analytical portion I would like to apply the management of the municipality of Kobylí during the aforementioned time period and related investment projects and its financing. In the conclusion I would like to evaluate the financing of the Kobylí, how the municipality dealt with tax investments, and what benefits of this were to the municipality.

Authorised economic operators and customs procedures

This thesis deals with the issues connected with the certification of Authorised Economic Operators and should provide a comprehensive and comprehensible overview, which ought to help understand the significance of the AEO certification. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the expounding of customs procedures. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the concept of Authorized Economic Operator. It deals with the definition, the objectives of this project, various types of the certification and finally with benefits arising from it. The last part focuses on the practical aspects of the AEO status, such as the criteria that companies need to meet, the procedure of submitting an application and consequent entrance examination. Finally, a summary of selected statistics, which should provide a general overview of the AEO project, is presented.

National Electronical System as a way to higher transparency

This diploma thesis outlines the issue of National electronical system and electronical procurement in general. The aim is to consider benefits and also possible defects connected to the installation of the system mentioned above, including its financial demands and comparison with similar central systems. Thesis outlines actual usage of the system and if it is easy to use. Based on the data from NEN usage statistics and also from the questionnaire method of research thesis analyzes real usage of the system. Based on arguments mentioned in both theoretical and practical part of this thesis, system has been considered as not very used and not user-friendly.

Analysis of Particular Aspects and Risks of Financial and Monetary System of the People's Republic of China

This thesis analyzes the development of financial system of the People's Republic of China in the period from 1995 to 2015. The thesis is solved in the continuing process of Chinese economy liberalization. Main goal of the thesis is to analyze particular aspects of Chinese financial and monetary system and point out its potential risks as well. To achieve this goal the method of analysis has been chosen, especially system analysis and sector analysis. The thesis shows that one of main risks of the liberalization of Chinese financial sector is especially growing loans volume in its economy which is connected in growing rate of non-productive loans respectively. Next risk is the structure of investors in capital market. Based on findings it is able to say the highest risk of banking sector is connected with growing shadow banking as the alternative financing method. The thesis finds the completing of capital account liberalization and interest rate liberalization to be important too. Main benefit of the thesis except of Chinese financial sector analysis is comparison of different point of views about forecasting of future of the Chinese economy.

Competence of Manager in a Non-Profit Organization

The goal of this bachelor´s thesis is to find out how important or necessary are the individual managerial competences for managers of non-profit organizations to perform their work. The first part of the thesis explains the following terms: management, manager, competence of the manager and some links related to these terms. The second part is devoted to a research poll, which was conducted among managers of public benefit corporations registered in South Bohemian Region. The goal was to find out how much importance the managers give to the individual managerial competencies at work for the non-profit organization. The results of the research are compared with the results of another research, which are a part of the publication by author A. Schneider.

The evalution of the current situation of gambling regulation in the Czech republic in comparison with some other members of the European union, especially the United kingdom

This bachelor thesis describes the current state of gambling regulation mostly in the Czech republic and in the United kingdom. One of the main topics is the legislation framework of gambling in these two countries. It also analyzes the social costs and benefits of gambling and mentions some statistical data. There are also evaluations of results of some studies, that were studying the actual social impacts of gambling on people. The United kingdom was chosen, because their gambling industry is not controlled by the government, like in the Czech republic. It is controlled by non-governmental institution called The U.K. Gambling commission. This thesis proves that the non-state regulated gambling environment in the United kingdom shows much better results than state regulated one in the Czech republic.

The Economic Impacts of Active Employment Policy

The goal of this thesis is to conclude the Active Employment Policy, its tools, advantages and disadvantages and to find an effective solution. The Issue of Unemployment is described continuing with new methods and their utilization in the Czech Republic and then in the Vysocina Region. One of the biggest issues is a fact that nowadays do not exist any evaluations of the results of tools of effectivity which leads to creating a bias in their benefits for the society. A big part of the state budget goes into expenses of the Active Employment Policy, nevertheless it is not known their progress. Consistent analyses and controls of using these tools described in this thesis might lead to a solution but another issue can be showed up, e.g. Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data. It can be theoretically contacted that some of the tools and methods are not as effective as the society needs, on the other hand it is hard to substantiate the real results.

Podnikatelský plán -- Mr. Donut

Master thesis is about entrepreneurship. The theoretical part provides basic theoretical concepts related to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs. This section describes the entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurial personality traits and three alternative structures of the business plan. Practical work has a real benefit for the author, because it is the business plan for the authors real business idea. A substantial part of this part consists of marketing research, which is used to verify authors hypothesis and define the size of the market. The aim is to assess the feasibility of a specific business plan.
