Práce se zabývá Národním elektronickým nástrojem a zadáváním veřejných zakázek elektronicky obecně. Cílem práce je zhodnotit přínosy, ale i případné nedostatky spojené se zaváděním zmíněného nástroje, včetně jeho finanční náročnosti a srovnání s obdobnými centrálními systémy. Práce řeší využívání nástroje, jeho uživatelskou přívětivost a na základě statistických dat a dotazníkového šetření analyzuje reálné využití nástroje v praxi. Na základě argumentů uvedených v teoretické části práce podložených vlastním výzkumem v části praktické, práce vyhodnocuje nástroj jako málo používaný a uživatelsky nepřívětivý. This diploma thesis outlines the issue of National electronical system and electronical procurement in general. The aim is to consider benefits and also possible defects connected to the installation of the system mentioned above, including its financial demands and comparison with similar central systems. Thesis outlines actual usage of the system and if it is easy to use. Based on the data from NEN usage statistics and also from the questionnaire method of research thesis analyzes real usage of the system. Based on arguments mentioned in both theoretical and practical part of this thesis, system has been considered as not very used and not user-friendly.
