The bachelor work was done to assess the level of psychological stress with patients on dialysis treatment.The theoretical part contains data from the field of kidney and hemodialysis treatment and the influence of chronical diseases on patiens and its specific aspects for dialysis.The empirical part contains a survey of hemodialysis patients done in dialysis centers.

Taxation in the regional education system in the Czech Republic

The subjeckt of the thesis is the taxation in the regional educational system. The aim of the thesis is to make the overall insight of the taxation of the schools in the Czech Republic give an example of a school. The chosen school is Gymnasium Nymburk. In the thesis there are described different types of taxes and areas which are touched by the taxation in the school system. There are underline differences between corporate sector and schools. All information as well as the information concerning the sample school mentioned in the thesis is related to the tax low from 2008.

Suitability of evaluation process according MBO in Accenture services company

These bachalor's theses focuses on evaluation process of employees according to the practice of management by objectives. The theses consist of two parts. The first one, theoretical part contains not only the theorie of employee evaluation process but also a general approximation of the practice of MBO and its implementation into the evaluation processes. The practical part describes, analyses and estimates the evaluation process in Accenture company in the department that offers outsourcing services. The aim of the theses is to sum up the applicability of the evaluation process according MBO of employees on the different hierarchic level of the company. On the basis of the identified results to find out whether is the practice for the company suitable or not.

In the first chapter I deal with subject and the aim of the diploma thesis. In the second chapter I deal with the theoretical base relating to the working satisfaction and motivation. In the third chapter I occupy with the concrete situation of satisfaction of the employees in this firm. In the fourth chapter I occupy with the analysis and interpretation of the results.

Analysis of corporate training and development

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the corporate training and development in FRENCH-REST spol.s.r.o. The secondary goal is to suggest some improvements and subsequently create a more effective training plan for this organization. The work is divided into four parts. The first is a theoretical introduction to the topic of employee development, which will set the foundation for the rest of the thesis. The second part shows the criteria of evaluation, which will be implemented in this work, including the methods, principals, and tools used to carry out this research. The third part of this work is the concrete analysis of the company's corporate training system. The final section is a breakdown of the results found in this work and includes suggestions for improvement and achieving optimal results in their employee training system.

Analyst of employee'contentment of Czech Republic Fire Brigade with a view to motivation and stability of employees

The thesis is focused on contentment determination of Czech Republic Fire Brigade members. Basic ideas concerning work motivation and satisfaction are defined in theoretical part of the thesis followed by characterised work-satisfying factors. There are brief characteristics of survey object and analyst of research results in empirical part. In the final part of thesis are presented improvement suggestions for increasing satisfaction with job.

Improving the competitiveness of ecommerce shop by using Internet social networking site Facebook

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to enhance the competitiveness of comerce shop using the Internet social networking site Facebook. In the beginning of this thesis the basic information about Internet marketing, marketing communication and the environment where this communication takes place are described. In the next section one can find the basic information about social media, Twitter and Facebook. Facebook is described in more details in the next chapter, in which one can also find information about the options of advertising on Facebook, its users and some of its features and capabilities offered. In the second half of this thesis one can find all the relevant information related to the creation of successful corporate presentation on Facebook. The next part of the thesis describes specific plan suggestions for corporate presentation on Facebook for eshop StreetKing.cz and following implementation of the suggested solution with the evaluation of available results. The main benefit of this thesis is for all marketers who stand before the foundation of its corporate presentation on Facebook.

Health service from institutional perspective

Government healthcare expenditures have been growing in developed countries all over the world. Usually this growth is not fully compensated by increase of GDP. Therefore new financial sources have to be found in state budget every year. The aim of this report is to find an answer to the question, why problems in the healthcare system are present all over the world and what is the reason. From institutional perspective we try to find healthcare system problems, examine them and explain their origin. The cause of the problems is given by the presence of many subjects, that have different functions, various extent of power, responsibility and even different interests. In following chapters we analyze step by step the complicated structure of the relationship between healthcare subjects. We begin with the explanation of the inception and the evolution of subjects of healthcare system. We continue with the overview of the main existing means of funding healthcare system and we finish with the analysis of the relationships. The latter part relates to the Czech healthcare system rules and laws. Special attention is given to the health insurance company (VZP ČR), which plays central role in the healthcare system of Czech Republic. The Inclusion of Childern with Specific Social and Educational Needs to Scout Units

(in English) The Master's thesis "Inclusion of Children with Specific Social and Educational Needs to Scout Units" focuses on the integration of children with special needs into the specific environment of the Czech-scouting organisation Junák. It comprises of a theoretical and an empirical part. The first one describes basic theoretical concepts of children integration and inclusion and summarises the current situation in the Junák organisation. The empirical part presents a research, which unlike previous works describes the process of integration from the perspective of three key subject groups: children with specific needs, their parents or foster parents and Scout leaders. The data has been gathered by the means of semistructured interviews, question forms and on-site observation. The aim was to identify how the integration process works and to gather the opinion of individuals representing the three target groups about the factors influencing the process of integration in Scout units. This thesis presents several aspects considered as key by each of the subject group. Aim of work: The intend of this work is to examine the professional literature that deals with sports regeneration. Moreover, it shall summerise and characterise shortly all accessible methods and devices in regeneration,. Another aim is to describe football considering his physical load and its impact on footbal players. With all the gathered informartion the work intents to find the appropriate appliance for football players. Methods: Analyse professional literature and other sources (lectures, internet, magazines, bachelor and dissertation works) which are concerning the chosen topic. Choosing the most suitable methods and procedures in regeneration for football players based on a thorough analyses and comparison of all the mentioned sources. Result: The work is basically focusing on regeneration in sports, on an general overview of all methods and procedures, which can be applied on sportsmen.
