May 1945in optics of journal Mlada fronta in time-spiral of 65 years

The thesis "Looking through the lens of the Czech daily newspaper Mlada fronta for 65 years" examines the topic of the liberation of Czechoslovakia in May, 1945. The qualitative content analysis of selected texts available from the newspaper is used to explore the interpretation of the event in Mlada fronta. The thesis has concentrated on the development of attitudes, beliefs, ways of communications and journalistic transformation of media content concerning the liberation event over time. The main objective has been to answer the question as to whether the media portrayal of the event has remained constant or altered over the stated time period and which factors influenced the portrayal. In the conclusion of this thesis we can confirm that the monitored event has been described differently in different time periods respectively, in connection with political progress and the value of democracy in the country. The more totalitarian the regime, the more the newspaper has described freedom through preferred ideology, biased themes, dogmatic posture and offered interpretations that suited the ruling party. This indicates a form of totalitarian hegemony. During periods of greater totalitarianism, the newspaper tends to describe the theme of the freedom completely within that communist ideology. Preferences and deficiencies of economic information system usage in firms

The main focus of thesis are two information systems in the company and their overall analysis. These key systems are Orsoft information system and Oracle system. An important objective is the economic information systems to assess, describe and compare their use in accounting, the advantages and disadvantages, to propose any improvement of the economic information systems. The prime objective is an assessment of these two information systems and their proposals for possible improvements. The company Fezko Thierry first used 13 years of information system Orsoft. Then it was decided to implement Oracle system. One of these information systems will be described more in depth, the different accounting modules, the use of, any improvement of this system and the work of this information system. The operational objective of work is the development of economic systems, accounting modules and a description of the implementation of the Oracle accounting system to the company. After experience with both systems, it was found that the system is reliable Orsoft. Workers are also of the opinion that it is better to work with reliable data in the system Orsoft than working with many and many dates in Oracle.

Reflextion of technologies of electroacoustic music in vocal and instrumental music

The present text of the thesis discuss the technology and its impact on the composer's compositional work . Current music scene we called artificial music in principle pervades the world of acoustic sound to the world of electroacoustic sound, which is a major field of researches of art music for several decades.
Continuous development and improvement of the technologies in the context of better accessibility in practice means increasing infiltration of technology solutions to the triangle composer - performer - listener . The main focus of the text consists of analytical probes into the current technological solutions and their subsequent contribution to the work of the composer. Technology can play a role of analyse, interpretation, and indirectly also compositional realisation. The knowledge gained in electroacoustic techniques then embedded in the context of acoustic compositional techniques , resulting in many times possibilities for classification of sound through different optics. An important role for the sound still plays a space. The work deals with the meaning of the word space both in terms of architectural design , and the view of possibility to create virtual space. The penultimate chapter gives the reader an insight into the field of generative music through the project Mysticism fragrance. Final text summarization aims primarily to identify and map out possible solutions for composing in the context of the technologies which we can use today .

Puppets on KALD (Department of Altelrnative and Puppet Theatre)

Graduate thesis entitled Puppets on KALD (KALD means abbreviation of the name
Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre of The Theatre Faculty of the Academy of
Performing Arts in Prague - DAMU) describes and compares the tendencies and methods
of teaching of puppetry in the period from 1978 to 1981 as compared to the period from
2008 to 2012. The thesis is based on the description of the puppeteering pedagogy as
experienced by two generations of students. The thesis compares the extent of puppetry
practice during studies, possibilities of developing student´s own projects and also
evaluates, how are the current graduates of KALD prepared for their future proffesion and
how were the graduates of Department of Puppetry prepared in the past.
The thesis attempts to find answers to the problém, why recently among students of
Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre there is growing decline in their interest in
puppet theatre and also seeks solutions, how to again revive this traditional theatre genre
for general public

Modelling Flow Processes in Turbomachines using Wind Tunnels

The contribution is concerned with process of preparing and executing high speed aerodynamic research on models of turbomachinery flow parts. Results of research on flow past blade cascades representing sections of turbomachinery bladings are discussed. Employed optical methods of measurement provide basis for descriptions of high speed flow field structures and also for quantification of flowfield parameters. Traversing with five hole conical probe in exit flow field provide aerodynamic parameters important for design and further development of turbomachinery. Presented results have been selected from large database containing data on modelling flow parts of large output steam turbine last stages, radial compressor inducer and research on flow past compressor cascade. Results of research on flow past turbomachinery flow parts at off design conditions of operation are also presented and discussed.

Social Rehabilitation for People with Disorder of Autistic Spectrum and their Possibilities in Labour Market

Práce pojednává o problematice zaměstnávání lidí s poruchou autistického spektra, konkrétně lidí s diagnózou vysokofunkční autismus a Aspergerův syndrom. Výstupem práce je zmapování nástrojů a služeb, které jsou nabízeny v rámci aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Kromě aktivit veřejné státní správy jsou zde také představeny způsoby práce, které jsou specifické pro nestátní neziskové organizace. Blíže popsána je metoda podporovaného zaměstnávání, která se jeví jako vysoce účinná pro zapojení těchto lidí na otevřený trh práce. V závěru jsou shrnuty možné překážky procesu zaměstnávání lidí s poruchou autistického spektra a návrhy na jejich možné řešení. Práce čerpá nejen z dostupné literatury zabývající se touto problematikou, ale i z vlastní zkušenosti pracovního konzultanta podporovaného zaměstnávání. Dalším důležitým zdrojem je informační portál Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí a Úřad práce na Praze 9. Kromě toho byly využity poznatky z osobní účasti na konferencích, jejichž náplň souvisela s tématem práce. První se konala dne 16. 4. 2009 v Praze a nesla název Ochranná značka "Práce postižených". Seminář uspořádal Nadační fond pro podporu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Druhá konference s názvem "Od omezení k možnostem" byla zaměřena na problematiku využívání běžných zdrojů a uplatňování práv...

Consumer Behaviour Analysis in the Field of the Fair Trade products

The main objective of this thesis was to find out how are consumers informed about the Fair Trade products and also analysing the purchase patterns regarding its structure, frequency and satisfaction after the purchase. The provided data were acquired from the results of a quantitative research ? a questionnaire made by 220 respondents from South-Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. The results showed that only 50% of the respondents know Fair Trade products and 25% of the respondents buy these products. At the end of this thesis are exposed suggestions for improvement of the current state such as: raise awareness with campaigns in schools or in media and social networks (Radio, Television, Internet), organize lectures, workshops, degustations and demonstrations as well as extending the offer of these products in schools cafeterias, teahouses and coffee bars.

Master thesis is a theoretical and practical study of choosen topic. It contains part of text and diary from pilgrimage realizated by my self completet by photograph. There are creative workes designed by children according to suggest which you can find in text part. Subject of theoretic part is a study about religion pilgrimage in past and today. There is comparson with unique Hájek pilgrimage too. In didactic part suggest creative projectes for basic school and university of art. Deal especially with religious and usual thinges in world today. The practical part and today in my graduation thesis I did try to show theoretical and in picture new look on pilgrimage.
