Application, Administration, and Settlement of Claims According to FIDIC Conditions of Contract Abstract This rigorous work deals in detail with the application of FIDIC Conditions of Contract (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) in the settlement of claims, which is one of the key institutions of these terms, in the context of the law of the Czech Republic and the environment of the Czech construction industry. FIDIC Conditions of Contract are increasingly favoured for the execution of large-scale construction projects due to their comprehensive framework for project management and effective risk allocation. Misunderstanding and inappropriate interpretation of certain provisions governing claims resolution within the Czech context can lead to ineffective dispute resolution between the Employer and the Contractor, thereby hindering project progress. This bachelor's thesis deals with the media image of the signing of the Agreement on the Creation of a Stable Political Environment in the Czech Republic, commonly referred to as the Opposition Agreement. This agreement arose after the elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. Its main idea was that the Civic Democratic Party would enable the Czech Social Democratic Party to form a minority government. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to media theory, the issues of mass communication, and its influence on reality construction. The analytical part of the thesis first addresses the background of the adoption of the Opposition Agreement. It then examines how selected newspapers reported on the Opposition Agreement. These newspapers include Mladá fronta Dnes, Hospodářské noviny, Právo, and Blesk. These media outlets were chosen for their diversity in terms of readership and ownership structures. 56 Separate property regime Abstract The submitted thesis deals with the analysis of the institution of the separate property regime. The aim of the thesis is to elucidate the origin, essence, and limits of the agreement establishing the separate property regime in the context of the legal regulation of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, including mentioning the significant legal effects of this agreement in enforcement and inheritance proceedings. For a more comprehensive view of the issue, the legal effects of the agreement are also reflected by comparison with the basic effects of the statutory regime in specific life situations. The achievement of the goal is presented in six chapters. The first chapter introduces the concept of marital community property as the starting point of the work, its origin, basic characteristics, and components, including a brief introduction to exceptions establishing a different moment of (potential) creation of the marital community property, with emphasis on the agreement on the separate property regime contract. The Third Czechoslovak Republic Period in the Context of International Contracts and International Politics This thesis titled "The Third Czechoslovak Republic Period in the Context of International Contracts and International Politics" is divided into a total of five chapters. In the first chapter, or rather in its theoretical part, the author first defines the observed period of 1938-1948 and then defines the legal institutes with which he works in the thesis. In the second chapter of the thesis, the author describes the period of the so-called Second Republic and its political development. In the third chapter of the diploma thesis, the author describes the activities of the Czechoslovak authorities in foreign exile. This thesis deals with the legal regulation of contracts concluded with consumers contained mainly in the Civil Code under the provisions on obligations under contracts concluded with consumers. It starts with a brief overview of historical development of consumer protection legislation. This is followed by an analysis of basic concepts, specifically definition of consumer and the trader, and also description of commercial contracts concluded with consumers. Following this, the work provides a complex overview of the relevant Czech legislation. The bachelor's thesis deals with the construction-technological preparation of the rough superstructure of the Horova apartment building, which is located in Brno. The apartment building is planned in a gap and consists of three parts, the highest of which has 5 above-ground floors. The building has masonry made of brick blocks and the ceiling structures are monolithic. The construction-technological preparation of the building consists of a technical report for the Horova apartment building, the situation of the building with wider relations of transport routes, a list of dimensions, a technological regulation for the realization of monolithic ceiling and monolithic vertical structures, a solution to the construction organization, a time schedule, a design of a machine assembly, quality requirements and their provision for resolved processes, work safety for the implementation of monolithic constructions, itemized budget, contract for work between the main contractor and subcontractor and contract for renting a room for the construction manager.

The bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration system, specifically its analysis and suggestions for improvement in terms of total remuneration. The aim was to find out how satisfied the employees are with the current reward system and how the internal and external environment affects it, and based on this information, suggestions for changes that would have a positive impact on the reward system were proposed. The whole bachelor thesis is then divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and the actual suggestions for improvement. Employee satisfaction was evaluated by means of a questionnaire survey, which was completed by employees in paper form and then analysed anonymously.
