Požadavky na dodržování etických standardů v kontextu B2B kupní smlouvy Abstrakt S rostoucími požadavky na nefinanční reportování, kdy se dodržování etických standardů dostává do popředí zájmů podnikatelů, nabízí právní řád efektivní mechanismus pro zajištění jejich dodržování - smlouvu. V prvé řadě se tato práce zabývá terminologií související s etickými standardy, která je bohatá a roztříštěná. Tato rozmanitost terminologie vede k nedorozuměním a komplikuje zkoumání možností začlenění etických standardů do smluvních vztahů. V rámci práce je kladen důraz na identifikaci, definování a sjednocení klíčových termínů, což je nezbytné pro jasné porozumění tématu a usnadnění dialogu mezi odborníky napříč disciplínami. Hlavním zaměřením práce jsou možnosti začlenění etických standardů do B2B kupních smluv v rámci právního rámce ČR. Práce si klade za cíl prozkoumat, zda a jak je možné začlenit etické standardy do smluvního vztahu, přičemž identifikuje a zkoumá dvě primární metody: prostřednictvím vlastnosti předmětu koupě a začlenění oddělené od předmětu smlouvy. Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu aplikačních problémů spojených s těmito přístupy v kontextu tradičních institutů kupní smlouvy. First, the thesis explores the terminology associated with ethical standards, which is both extensive and fragmented. The diverse terminology can contribute to misunderstandings and complicates the exploration of how ethical standards can be incorporated into contractual relationships. The emphasis within the thesis is placed on identifying, defining and unifying key terms, which is essential in order to ensure clear comprehension of the topic and facilitating dialogue between experts across disciplines. The thesis focuses on the possibilities of integrating ethical standards into B2B purchase contracts within the legal framework of the Czech Republic.
