This thesis provides a comprehensive view of the development and regulation of advertising messages only within its definition of marketing, but also with regard to the ethical and legal concepts. These concepts are at work made especially with regard to advertising self-regulation, with regard to the Code of Ethics advertising, and the regulations of public and private rights and to assist the understanding of the problems described in the work and serve as a tool for effective advertising in accordance with both the law and the ethics.

Risk of social exclusion of women - victims of partnership violence. Explorative probing into these problems from the point of view of helping professions

This doctoral work deals with the risk of social exclusion of women - victims of partnership violence by means of explorative probing into these problems from the point of view of helping professions. The aim of the submitting work is to find out to what extent partnership violence influences their possible risk of social exclusion and following social dis/integration together with identifying barriers which can obstruct the efficiency of provided interventions. Partial results of qualitative investigation in this work have proved that the impact of partnership violence on possible social exclusion and social dis/ integration of persons at risk is provable. However, it is not possible to generalize because there are also some other factors taking part in this process such as learned public insufficient knowledge of foreign models of protection and help to the victims of partnership violence and conservative and disunited adoption of the old law of protection against homicide from the side of legislative and repressive state constituent parts , bad service availability and interconnection in the social network. Change of heat source in a heating palnt 2.5 MW

The scope of this Master´s thesis is estimation of changing of heat source in a heating plant 2.5 MW. In the present heating plant burns natural gas, placing of the heating plant makes it possible development source of burning biomass. The scope of thesis is establish with regard to developed capital and operational costs, next effects to environment in scene of heat source, measuring and regulation of technological unit, determination of acceptable size of fuel depot and composition of fuel and ashes economy. The results of this Master´s thesis can be used as a basis about determination toward investment.

Development of international trade exchange with strategically important countries: China, Russia, India and Ukraine

Subject of my master thesis is evaluation of strategically important partners of Czech Republic in international trade: China, Russia, India and Ukraine taking into account their political and law environment, economic environment and social and cultural environment. All of this information is used for analysis of common international trade relations in past with special focus on last 10 years. In the final part of each chapter, dedicated to specific region, I predicted development of future trade relations and I defined strategically important areas of business that can help to accelerate Czech export to these markets.

Usability and accessibility of web portals

Tématem práce je hodnocení webových stránek, resp. webových portálů z hlediska bezbariérovosti a dobré uživatelské použitelnosti. Cílem práce je popsat a rozebrat design webových portálů po jejich grafické i obsahové stránce, zda jsou přístupné, přehledné a zda respektují uživatele. První část práce se věnuje vzniku a vývoji webových portálů, jejich vlastnostem a různým typům. Další dvě kapitoly popisují v teoretické rovině pravidla, pomocí nichž lze vytvořit intuitivní a bezbariérové webové stránky. Uveden je také přehled nejpodstatnějších standardů, platných v České republice i v mezinárodním měřítku. Hlavní pozornost je zaměřena na aplikaci pravidel použitelnosti a přístupnosti na webový portál Digitalislam.eu. Jeho jednotlivé části jsou analyzovány s ohledem na standardy mezinárodního konsorcia W3C. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny hlavní přednosti a nedostatky designu tohoto portálu a jejich možné napravení.

Free Riding as a Possible Source of Conflict in Group Work

Theme of this bachelor's thesis is problem of free riding (freeloading on work of others) in a group work, the evolution of its effect and impact on the group and its members. I analyze the phenomenon and background in which it is happening in and its possible causes and manifestations with regard to free rider and other members of the group. Also I examine this phenomenon in background of selected students of the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Prague. The result is a predominantly negative attitude to free riding and even less or more radical concept of solution. Based on acquired data, opinions of students and theoretical knowledge, I offer recommendations which could help to prevent free riding or partially removed it. Obtain the data to formulate the recomandations via questionnaire and to present them I use a descriptive statistical analysis.

The protection of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings

Theme of the dissertation is "Creditor's protection in insolvency process." Dissertation is considering the main legal institution in protection of creditor in insolvency law and especially is attending protection of creditor in bankruptcy as one of the three main methods solving debitor's bankrupt according to Czech bankruptcy law act Nr. 182/2006 Sb. Integral part of the dissertation compares the present Czech legal regulation with the German bankruptcy law according to the german bankruptcy law act (Insolvenzordnung) from 5th Oct. 1994. The dissertation is adressing direct comparison of single legal institution in light of the both legal regulations. Chapter 1 analyses concept of insolvency and its characteristic signs. It describes further legal forms of insolvency according to the Czech and German bankruptcy law (they are consistent): financial insolvency, over-indebtness, imminent bankrupt. The conclusion summarises elements of legal regulations in EU insolvency law according to Directive 1346/2000/EC of the Concil concerning insolvency law with respect to elements of protection in the events, when the element of the EU law goes into the insolvency process. Supervision of Organisation - contemporary need of social services providers

The diploma work is dealing with investigation of supervision in the organization which offers residential social service. Supervision support aims at the organisation as a whole and deals not only with rank staff but also with management staff. Its outputs (recommendations) reflect also organization process though. The theoretical part firstly describes supervision in its definition and sense and in the same time is dealing with fields in that supervision has its use. Secondly describes also organisation system as a phenomenon which allows aiming attention of supervision to an organisation itself all according to heading for its progress, learning and culture. This part also includes the theoretical discussion in the field of social services especially after passing the Law of social services (108/06) in relation with connected organisation claims. The author - in the practical part - with the help of qualitative research examines "supervision of organisation" in consideration with its system context. Comparison of Internal and External Organization of Customs Clearance at Siemens, s.r.o.

The Master's thesis is focused on organization of customs procedures at Siemens, s.r.o. The goal is to design efficient organization of in-house customs declaration, to suggest variants of implementation of customs software SIECUS while taking into consideration also possibility of SIECUS implementation in other Siemens companies in Czech Republic and to compare consequences of these variants with the current state. The first part of this thesis describes customs regulations and focuses on electronic customs clearance and simplifications that can be granted by customs authorities. The second part compares internal and external organization of customs clearance which forms a basis for recommendations for Siemens management. Possibility of using in- house customs declaration by other Siemens companies in Czech Republic is also reflected and its consequences are described in this thesis.

Analysis of selected indicators of activities and powers of central bank in our country since 1989

The issue of competences of central bank in monetary or foreign exchange policy, the optimal adjustment of regulation and supervision of financial market and also the necessary independence of this institution is subjected to intensive discussion at the present time economic policy. In the theoretical part I will define basic concepts and definitions relating to this issue. From a theoretical point of view I will describe the concept and function of central banking, the independence of central bank, its types and optimal settings. I will also characterize the regulation and supervision of financial markets with regard to the definitions, models, systems, objectives and instruments of this issue. I will define the basic theoretical aspects of monetary and foreign exchange policy. In the analytical part I will process an analysis of selected indicators of activities and powers of the central bank in our country since 1989, mainly from the independence of the central bank, setting of monetary policy, financial market supervision and foreign exchange policy. I will make a comparison of changes in the development and activities of central banks in these areas with regard to trends in the legislation and their powers. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the development of selected indicators of activity of the central bank in our country with a focus on the transformation of the Czech economy with a summary of significant changes.
