Teaching System for Study Support of Advanced Statistics

The paper describes the tproposed teaching system for advanced statstics for PhD. students of technical universities. There are several conditions on them: to use technical instrumentations, to present mathematical texts of high quality, to be easily available whencesoever and to use only free open software. The whole teaching system needs to be as simple as possible. It has to be well arranged and described with corresponding manual enclosed.

Construction design of instructional hydraulic laboratory circuit

It is suitable to add practical illustrations of hydraulic tasks during teaching hydraulics and hydrology. These practical illustrations can be realized by mobile hydraulic circuit which is situated in the auditorium. This thesis is focused on constructional and project solution of the circuit which consists of a compensatory tank with sufficient capacity, pump aggregate and hydraulic measure flume. The construction of hydraulic flume must enable quick, simple and safety installation of a scaled down models of a hydro technical structures. The main requirements of a mobile teaching circuit are clearness of practical hydraulic illustrations, compact dimensions, comparatively low weight, mobility and simple control and manipulation. This diploma thesis also includes design of a scaled down models of a hydro technical structures, especially set of plate weirs, bed-crested weir, ogee-crested weir, culvert, Venturi flume, sluice and radial gate, pier and roughened bed. The hydraulic circuit drawing part also includes instrument carrier with level gauge. This diploma thesis includes theoretical text part, technical report of designed objects, hydraulic calculations and drawing part.

Diese Arbeit hatte zum Ziel, ein Manual für die Arbeit mit dem ausgewählten Querschnittsthema zu schaffen, das Grundschullehrern bei der Festigung ihrer eigenen Lehrpläne behilflich ist. Ich habe mich intschieden, einen Entwurf für die Arbeit mit dem Querschnittstheme "multikulturelle Schulausbildungů im Geschichtsuntericht in der siebenten Klasse an Grundschulen anzufertigen. Mein Entwurf beinhaltet konkrete Beispiele von Tätigkeiten sowie Fragen, Übungen, Produkte, Realisirungsvorschläge usw. Alles wird durch Bildmaterial ergänzt. Am Schluss habe ich Beispiele leicht zugänglicher Literatur angeführt, mit der Lehrer in den Schulstunden arbeiten können. Ich meine die Ziele erreicht zu haben, die ich mir in der Einleitung habe; und vielleicht wird diese Arbeit denjenigen Lehrern zuträglich sein, die sich bemühen, ihren eigenen Lehrplan zu fertigen.

The Act on Educational Staff: an exploratory survey in the district of Zábřeh.

My thesis is divided into two parts where the notional part presents the targets and methodology, describes the locality of the research, the system of education and the legislation. The applied part is based on the qualitative research carried out with four randomly chosen headmasters of the educational institutions in Zábřeh, representing different types and stages of the educational system. Based on the results of my research, the target of my thesis is to describe the impact of the amendment of the Act No.563/2004 on Educational Staff and the impact of modification of some related acts on the teaching stuffs of all kinds of educational facilities in the town, and at the same time to present the process of dealing with these legislative changes by the headmasters as the managers of the schools. By interviewing the headmasters I should find the answer to the question if their analysed responses conform the idea of an ideal manager (according to Jan Hron) who needs to have not only knowledge an competence to be a successful manager, but also authority and will. The results of the research should also confirm or refute the idea that in connection with the legislative changes many insufficiently qualified teachers were dismissed to be replaced by new employees. Therefore, I am comparing the results of my survey with the accessible data from the local employment agency. Although it is hard to generalize the data from the qualitative survey and a relatively small number of respondents, this thesis should bring a new insight into the whole issue in the town of fourteen thousand inhabitants.

Fear at Vault in Gymnastics

Title: Fear at vault in gymnastics The objective of my thesis was to do a research and to describe methods for overmastering the fear at vault. To define also the practice differences on the basis of how the vault is taught by the coaches ofgymnastics and teachers ofphysical training. In the theory section, I sketched out shortly the characteristics of the problematical emotions and concepts related with this topic. It was kind of"take-offplatform" for the research. The research has been done with 7 teachers and 7 coaches by a method of an interview. And the interview was then analyzed. ln the following chapters I attended to the history of vault and teaching form.s related with this discipline. I used realized data and compared them with one another and subsequently with the literature. Results: lt was found out that the tutorial approach of the teachers of physical training and the coaches of gymnastics is very similar. The attitude of the coaches is more positive. In case of the teachers dominates the lack of time in the classes of vault. Subsequent insu:fficiency the students have to solve by their own initiative and by private classes. Work with Children with Dyslexia and Dysorographics Difficulty

The problematic of specific learning disorders become seriousness at these days because inabilities to read and write represent inaccessibility to information and further education. Target of my work has been to choose from various remedial methods, dedicated to children with dyslexia, those which can be used in teaching process by teachers which are not engaged in. Usage of these remedial methods should intensifield care about students under the modernization of learning methods with support of didactic techniques. One of manners to help is to use individual access, premeditated work integration in small group, functional usage of teaching aid and diddactic techniques. By application of programmatic pedagogy elements is possible to respect even natural student pace and gain enough time to learn basic skills. To reach this goal requires considerable effort from teachers and also from children. Teachers have to respect mental and physical differences of children's development. The development of sibling relationship influenced by physical disability

A family is the basic unit for growing up of children in any way. One of the major prerequisites for child´s development is sense of security, love and the permanence of home environment. Children form a close attachment not only to their parents but to their siblings as well. The sibling can offer emotional support, sharing of both the happiness and the disappointment, the sibling can also keep some secret from parents or become a source of teaching new social roles. On the other hand, there can be a lot of conflicts and misunderstandings. Jealousy and rivalry can occur between the siblings as well. Every sibling relationship is specific in a sort of way. Even if one of the siblings is physically disabled, there can still be a very close attachment between them. The first chapter of the theoretical part deals with the sibling situation and its individual attributes of the order of their birthdates. The second chapter describes the factors that can influence the sibling situation. In the third chapter, I try to deal with the relationship between the siblings who create the own subsystem of family. They have to share the parent´s attention. Health disability is defined in the fourth chapter of this thesis and the topic continues up to physical disability. A specific attention is paid to the issue of children cerebral palsy and disabilities affiliated.In the practical part of the thesis was try to find out how the relationship developer between a healthy sibling and the other sibling with physical disability. Among the partial targets of my thesis is to find out whether the sibling situation has any role in the relationship and what demands from parents are placed on the healthy sibling. I chose qualitative research for my practical part and the collection of information was made by the method of interviewing. Then I have chosen semi-structured interview. The research was held from April to July 2013. The representative sample which I have chosen was formed from three groups of respondents. The first group contains intact siblings, the second group is formed by siblings with physical disability who are in a sibling relationship with the first group and the third group includes parents of these siblings. The interview with the second group was not always possible due to the degree of mental disability. The research indicated that informing about the disability of the sibling is one of the most important factors for the development of the relationship. Their future relationship is based on the healthy sibling´s reaction about the information of the disability of his sibling. The high-risk period of time of development of the relationship is the time of growing up. The relationship was stabilised in the time of maturity. The precondition for a good development of the relationship influenced with physical disability was spending the spare time together and there is usually more free time in childhood than in adulthood. The research proved the influence of sibling situation. This means, that the younger healthy sibling takes the role of the first-born instead of his or her older sibling with disability. The former expectations and vision of the parents could not been fullfilled with the disabled child. Therefore the parents place increased demands about the school success and the whole life of the healthy child. Healthy siblings accepted the increased attention which their parents paid to the sibling with physical disability. Anyway, there were several examples when the healthy child was jealous about his disabled sibling. This bachelor thesis could be helpful information source for the families who have children with physical disability. Further it could be also useful for the workers on helping professions.

Readiness analysis of HZS Pardubice region to extraordinary events solution with CBRN substances

HAZMAT team of the Fire Rescue Services of the Czech Republic (HZS CR) plays a significant role in those cases where CBRN were used. Firefighters - technicians of the HAZMAT team in the regions fulfil the tasks involving extraordinary events where dangerous substances can be found. They provide the maintenance of special equipment, special training, information support, inspections, decontaminations, marking of dangerous zones etc. To be successful in fulfilling their tasks they have to undergo continuous training and updating of knowledge. Regular professional training is necessary for operability of the crew as a whole but it should be organised according to classification of the firefighters. The training of the rank of assistants working as firefighters should respect the fact that the professional competence is verified every five years. The aim of this work is to asses professional knowledge of firefighters - technicians of the HAZMAT team in particular regions and to summarise the results of the professional training especially by using tests. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical with the hypothesis and methodology. There is a description of the CBRN term, tasks and tools for cooperation and coordination of the Integrated Rescue System (IZS) as well as the role of the Fire Rescue Services (HZS) dealing with CBRN NOx extraordinary events The last part of this work mentions special technical equipment of the Fire Rescue Services in the Pardubice Region used for dealing with CBRN. Especially protective equipment, detection equipment and analysers. Part of this work analyses whether professional knowledge of the technicians of the HAZMAT team of the Fire Rescue Services of the Pardubice Region complies with the requirements of the standards of the supreme authorities (MV - GR HZS CR). To prove or disapprove the findings, the content analysis of the professional intranet training module of the Fire Rescue Services of the Pardubice Region and evaluation of the results of tests for firefighters - HAZMAT team were used. Testing and practical examinations are part of the annual verification process of the FRS (HZS) of the Pardubice Region. The assessment of the professional knowledge itself was carried out using analysis of the testing results, which are in accordance with the HAZMAT team regulations. Testing questions are sorted out regarding wrong answers of the HAZMAT teams from the local regions since 2012 when the first testing was carried out. Also the subgroups of questions were taken into consideration. The results show differences between particular local regions of the Pardubice Region. The structure of the testing tasks itself shows essential flaws. The structure and headings of the testing sets are not chosen appropriately and neither are number of questions a their distribution in subgroups and their updating. Current testing questions don't check necessary and required knowledge of firefighters efficiently. The findings resulted in submitting a proposal of unified procedure concerning intranet module of professional training of the FRS (HZS) of the Pardubice Region. This newborn methodical procedure should solve competences and unified approach in creating of new teaching materials and testing tasks and also specify guarantors for making and updating of the professional training. New structure of the sets of questions, their professional focus and the number of questions generated in testing tasks is proposed for the testing of the members of the HAZMAT team. The new proposal of the sets of questions is going to be well structured, it should allow to start better professional training and provide basis for demanding checking of professional competence

Attitude of nurses to barrier nursing care on department of Infectious Diseases and on other departments of Internal Medicine

This bachelor's thesis deals with the nurses' approach to the barrier nursing care in the isolation ward and in other wards of internal type. The barrier nursing care is a system of work and organization measures which prevents the creation of nosocomial infections and the transmission of pathogenic germs in hospitals or social facilities. The nosocomial infection is an infection occurred in the direct connection with the patient's stay in the relevant facility. The barrier nursing method is a preventive measure which protects the sensitive individuals from the formation of the nosocomial infection. This method has to be respected by every medical worker without regard to the ward type. The most frequently occurring disease caused in connection with the stay in a hospital facility is the MRS A infection or the Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. The barrier care is a complex of many methods including the sterilization, isolation of infectious patients, personal treatment of the staff, treating of the diseases of the medical staff, hygienic hand wash and the following hand disinfection. In the internal type ward, patients with diseases of internal organs are hospitalized. This ward type counts among the most basic wards of a hospital facility. The isolation ward is very specific because here, the patients with an infection disease or with a justified suspicion of such a disease are hospitalized. This implies that in the isolation ward the barrier care has to be respected more strictly. In the research part of the thesis, two objectives were determined: Detection of the nurses' approach to the barrier nursing care in the isolation ward and other internal type wards. Monitoring of nurses' knowledge and skills in the field of the barrier nursing care in the isolation ward and other internal type wards. On the basis of the mentioned objectives of the thesis, following research questions were set: How is the nurses' approach to the barrier nursing care in the isolation ward and the internal type ward? Are there any differences between the knowledge of the nurses in the isolation ward and in other internal type wards? Are there any differences between the skills of the nurses in the isolation ward and in other internal type wards? From the research survey follows that the knowledge and skills of nurses in the isolation ward and nurses in other internal type wards are not absolutely identical. From the research followed that the nurses' approach to barrier nursing is more effective in the isolation ward. Further, it was found out that the answers from a part of the respondents don't completely correspond with the data found out during the participating hidden observation. While the answers of the nurses from the internal ward nearly complied to the desirable providing of barrier nursing, during the observation was found out that the theoretical knowledge is not corresponding with the real practice in the form of practical skills. The results of the thesis can serve as a basis for teaching of nursing subjects or as a contribution to expert courses, tutorials or conferences dealing with this topic. Further, the results will be offered to expert periodicals where we would like to give to the expert and also general public a notice about the importance of providing of an effective barrier nursing care and contribute to paying more attention to this topic in all wards of health facilities.
