Economic and Political Consequences of Collectivization in Czechoslovakia

This work aims to analyze the consequences of collectivization in czechoslovak agriculture. Reporting period is between 1948-1960. In the theoretical part are described political and economic motives and condition of czechoslovak agriculture. In the practical part contents development of collectivization and impact of agriculture reforms on agriculture sector. Reporting period is divided into three parts according to collectivization intensity. In the end we managed to verify the hypothesis that collectivization strongly affected the czechoslovak agriculture.

Projekt se zabývá vlivem běžných komunálních zdrojů znečištění na vodní prostředí. Získal data charakterizující kontaminci vodních ekosystémů vybranými biologicky aktivními látkami nad a pod vytipovanými zdroji komunálního znečištění a hodnotil jejich vliv na indikátorové organismy - ryby. Je uvedeno vyhodnocení souvislostí mezi výskytem vybraných polutantů ve vodním prostředí a biologickými změnami u indikátorů organismů v laboratorních i přírodních podmínkách.

Progress of the system of public health insurance and health insurance companies in the Czech Republic for the period 2000 - 2015

This bachelor´s thesis analyzes the basic funds of health insurance companies for the period 2000 - 2015 in the Czech Republic, especially the creation of resources and their use and the entire system of public health insurance in the Czech Republic. Basic funds are one of the components of the overall economy of health insurance companies. First it is necessary to describe the market of the insured. The insured create and use the finances within public health insurance. Also important are contributions from the state budget for those insured by the state. We can conclude that the cost of health insurance companies are rising and that population is aging in the Czech Republic. However, this is not a balanced linear growth. The number of pensioners grew at a slower rate of growth, but according to population development forecast, there should be faster growth in the number of pensioners in the following years. Significant growth in cost is particularly noticeable in the age category of 80 and above, and increasingly more people should live up to this blessed age, also thanks to modern public health.

The issue of social housing in the Czech Republic in the first decade 21st century

Bachelor thesis analyzes the issue of definition of social housing in the Czech Republic,due to circumstances which affect the definition of that is lack of definition of social housing in the Czech Republic, and especially the historical and social context. In the Czech Republic live, as in other countries, groups of citizens, for ensuring that permanent housingis relatively unaffordable affairs. These are groups of people such as disabled, single parents, unemployed, drug addicts, people leaving children's homes or facilities for serving, etc. For these people it is difficult to apply the available housing market and thereforeusually require municipal, respectively state aid and assistance. For these reasons, the work deals with the analysis of existing state programs for low-income housing supportgroups of people, tools and their effectiveness. In the final part of the work processes of thebasic problems of comparison with developed countries of the European Union, particularlyBritain and Germany.

Partnership and Sexuality of Mentally Affected People in Connection with Their Escort Men

The work treats of problems of partnerships and sexuality mentally affected people in Czech republic and of problems that consequently for their ascort men. In theoretic part the work describes status in this section, physiological and mental findings of people with mentally affected. It does its best afflict even spiritual reason lust for approximation. In practical part the work devotes to four concrete ease of partnership and posibilities that voted the people who escort them in Hospice for handicapped people. In fine the work features on what limit must the person who handicapped people keep the maximum their freedom and in so doing to prove learn live these men in partnership. The Development of Territorial Structure of Public Administration in the Czech Republic

The thesis called "The Development of Territorial Structure of Public Administration in the Czech Republic" deals with analysis of the actual territorial structure of municipal governance using identified criteria. It is refered here to the most serious flaws within the organization of individual territorial units. The main aim of this thesis is to find consensus between different views on reform of territorial administration including introduction of measures that might help to solve the flaws of the mentioned actual state of the territorial structure. In this thesis there is original approach especially to the cathegory of municipality with authorized municipal office which by both the Ministry of the Interior, as well as most of the cited experts suggest to abolish completely. For the more detailed description of the issue the thesis gives an overview of the development of individual territorial units since 1848.

The concept and types of bills of exchange and promissory notes

- 1 - Abstract The topic of my diploma thesis is "The concept and types of bills of exchange and promissory notes". The reason why I chose this topic is my interest in securities law, especially in bill of exchange law, and my previous work experience. I regularly work with bill of exchange law in my employment so this is a reason why I have decided to expand my knowledge of this particular law. The bill of exchange and check act number 191/1950 Coll., as amended, is the basis of legislation for this kind of law in the Czech Republic. The most significant advantage of this act is the constancy, which is given by the general method of treatment of this issue. This advantage can be considered as one of the main disadvantages too, because the solution of unique issues is left to case law and literature. This is a reason, why the core of this diploma thesis is chapter 5, where I analyse the essential requirements of bill of exchange and promissory note. Also the issue of graphical design is a very interesting and actual topic. The diploma thesis is structure into seven chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the historical development of bill of exchange and promissory note. The main point of my diploma thesis is accession the questions of disposal of radioactice waste and related proceeding with it. The thesis is engaged in estimation of the current disposal site in the Czech republic and analysis of the particular technological ways of the procces with radioactice waste.The thesis is engaged in real possibilities of maximum minimization radioactive waste in the Czech republic in the context of raising quantity radioactive waste. It is taken up new trends in disposal of radioactice waste and technology of the modification of radioactice waste before storing.
