My bachelor work is about system of rating and rewarding workers in certain company, where this sphere was researched. It contains theory from area of rating and rewarding workers and benefits of employee as well. It also analyzes present condition of compa-nies and it suggests improvement of used company rewarding methods. It also suggests more employee benefits.

The diploma thesis deals with analysis of a motivational programme and suggestions for its possible changes of the ALTREVA, limited liability company. The theoretical part of the work concentrates on summing up the basic observations on the topic. The practical part contains analyses of the present state of the company, its competition and the employment market as well as a research conducted with the use of the questionnaire method. The final part of the work provides suggestions for improvement of the current condition based on the results of the questionnaire search and other analyses.
Motivation and Remuneration of Employees in Selected Company

The aim of this master thesis is to describe and analyze motivation and remuneration process in the spin-off enterprise of Siemens, based in Mohelnice. The theoretical part includes the definitions of basic terms in this field. The practical part deals with the company mentioned above and the analysis of its motivation and remuneration process. The output of this thesis lies in the findings of examination how the current motivational tools of the company work and how much the employees are satisfied with it. I provide the list of suggestions for improvement of the process with aim to increase the employees’ satisfaction in the conclusion.

Subject matter of bachelor´s work is „ Draft amendments to the system of evaluation and remuneration od workers in a particular enterprise.“ First part focuses on a summary of theoretical knowledge relating to methods of evaluating and rewarding. Second part of this work contains present conditions in the company which is background for my own solution. The last section contains the recommended proposal for improving the current system of evaluating and rewarding.

The practical part of this work is presented Šroubárny Kyjov company, s.r.o. It analyses the contemporary state of motivational programme in the company. The result of last part is creating more effective motivation program, which would improve satisfaction and increase in the efficiency of work of staff.

The Subject of this thesis is the issue of motivation and evaluation of employees in the company The Railway Infrastructure Administration, state organization. The work is divided into three parts. The first part analyzes theoretical concepts and theoretical background which are needed to process for preparation of other two parts. The second analytic part includes the analysis, which are necessary information about the company and there is also covered the motivational system of the company in detail. The main point is the reset of the survey, which serves as the main basis for the last part. The last practical part includes a few proposals of improvements of the motivation system and their appreciation, according to the results of the research.

The theoretical part summarizes current knowledge concerning the topic of employees motivation and ways of their renumeration. The following is ananalysis of current motivational factors in the company, which is followed by a survey. On the results of this survey are based final recommendations to increase employee motivation and rmaking better conditions in employees renumeration.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the system of appraisal and remuneration in the company of KULIČKOVÉ ŠROUBY KUŘIM, a. s.. The theoretical part is focused mainly on motivation, methods of employee appraisal, forms of remuneration and employees´ benefits. The practical part offers the analysis of the current situation in the company. The research is based on the questionnaire method. The final part comprises recommendations and my own suggestions how to improve the current system of appraisal and remuneration in the company.
