Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků ve společnosti KULIČKOVÉ ŠROUBY KUŘIM, a. s.. Teoretická část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům, a to především motivaci, metodám hodnocení pracovníků, dále formám odměňování a zaměstnaneckým výhodám. V části praktické je analyzován současný stav ve společnosti. Výzkum je zpracován na základě dotazníkového šetření. Závěrečná část zahrnuje doporučení a vlastní návrhy na zlepšení současného systému hodnocení a odměňování ve společnosti. This bachelor’s thesis deals with the system of appraisal and remuneration in the company of KULIČKOVÉ ŠROUBY KUŘIM, a. s.. The theoretical part is focused mainly on motivation, methods of employee appraisal, forms of remuneration and employees´ benefits. The practical part offers the analysis of the current situation in the company. The research is based on the questionnaire method. The final part comprises recommendations and my own suggestions how to improve the current system of appraisal and remuneration in the company.
