Machine vision for product inspection
Strach, Petr ; Bražina, Jakub (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with machine vision in connection with robotic production systems. The theoretical part deals with machine vision hardware, principles and characteristics of machine vision, typical tasks in connection with machine vision, robot guidance using a camera, logical tasks for image processing in the TwinCAT program. The practical part focuses on the design of a robotic workplace with a camera to control the rotation of the part. This workplace was first put into operation virtually and then tested at a real workplace.
Design of an Internal Methodology for MSA of Attributive Data in the Company
Jaroš, David ; Maradová, Karla (referee) ; Sámelová, Vendula (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of an internal methodology for MSA of attributive data in the company following a finding in the IATF 16949:2016 audit. The thesis text aims to map the current trends in approaches to attributional MSA analysis with a focus on visual inspection. Based on the theoretical findings, a new company methodology is to be subsequently proposed. The defined aims of this thesis were fulfilled, resulting in a methodology that meets the company's requirements as well as the methods described in the relevant manuals. The proposed methodology uses the cross-tab method, which describes the analysis of attributional data without knowledge of the reference. The result of the analysis are kappa coefficients, which determine the measure of agreement in the evaluation, and efficiency values of the measurement system. By following the principles described in this thesis, it is possible to generalize the proposed methodology for use in other companies.
Modern diagnostic methods use in defectoscopy
Vítámvás, Zdeněk ; Stránský, Lubomír (referee) ; Juliš, Martin (advisor)
Nowadays non-destructive testing offers various ways to detection defects in material. By selecting of suitable method or suitable combination of tests we can locate the defect and determine size of defect with sufficient accuracy. For higher probability of detect defects and for easier operation and evaluation are still evolve new ways of inspection. There are summarizes both ordinarily and modern methods using in defectoscopy in this work. There are describe its principles, courses of testing, suitability of use and there are drop next general information.
Innovation of the existing feeding device solution in the context of an automated and robotic workstation
Porubský, Radek ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of a new version of the production and assembly node, which is part of an automated and robotized workstation for product assembly. The main objective of modifying the original solution is to eliminate the problems of the existing solution and apply innovations to make the work process of the equipment more efficient. The main modification of the original solution is the replacement of the bowl vibratory feeders in combination with linear vibratory feeders by a flexible feeding system with camera and robot. The paper describes the process of designing a new solution for the node, which eliminates the problems of the existing solution and at the same time comes up with new innovations. By solving the problems of the original solution and introducing the innovations, the reliability, speed and smoothness of the working process of the machine is improved. The work includes, among other things, drawings, risk analysis and costing.
Study of Management of Operations of Quality Control of Service Activities of the Selected Portfolio of the Company
Khusnullina, Gulnaz ; Tesař, Rostislav (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The thesis focuses on the study and improvement of quality control operations of service activities of the selected portfolio of the company. The main objective is to analyze these operations and propose changes to optimize the time and cost associated with the quality control process. The analysis involves identifying weaknesses, determining the root causes of problems and suggest measures to eliminate them. The thesis consists of three main parts, which cover theoretical foundations, analysis of the existing quality management system in the company and proposals for specific improvements.

Postural stability of near-sighted people
Palivcová, Lenka ; Zahálka, František (advisor) ; Nováková, Tereza (referee)
Title: Postural stability of near-sighted people Objectives: To analyse relationships between selected parameters of postural stability and impaired visual acuity (myopia), which is revised by optimal visual correction, by diffusing glasses or by contact lenses. Methods: Investigations of stabilizing capabilities of erected posture in its various modifications. An objective measuring was performed by stabilometric platform type Footscan. The experiment involved twelve people with myopia of -3 to -6D visual acuity of an average age of 23 ± 4 years. Myopat group of bipedal standing position were tested with open eyes with vision correction, afterwards with eyes closed, then without any vision correction. The last measured positions were performed on one lower limb with visual correction and then without it. Total number of measured positions were ten upright positions, each of which was measured with 30 second interval. Results: A total travelled way of centre of pressure was determined as a parameter of postural stability evaluating. Positions on one lower limb clearly put the highest demands for stabilizing upright positions. The only aggravation of conditions stabilizing this position should be to eliminate vision correction, which was confirmed in 8 probands from a total of 12. Under a bipedal...
