Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem interní metodiky MSA pro atributivní data ve firmě v návaznosti na nález při auditu IATF 16949:2016. Text práce má za cíl zmapovat současné trendy v přístupech k atributivní MSA analýze se zaměřením na vizuální kontrolu. Na základě zjištěných teoretických poznatků má být posléze navržena nová firemní metodika. Jednotlivé definované cíle práce byly naplněny, díky čemuž vznikla metodika, odpovídající požadavkům firmy i metodám popsaným v relevantních příručkách. Navrhovaná metodika využívá metodu křížových tabulek, která popisuje analýzu atributivních dat bez znalosti reference. Výsledkem analýzy jsou koeficienty kappa, určující míru shody v hodnocení, a hodnoty efektivnosti systému měření. Při dodržení zásad, popsaných v diplomové práci, je možné zobecnit navrženou metodiku i pro použití v jiných firmách. This diploma thesis deals with the design of an internal methodology for MSA of attributive data in the company following a finding in the IATF 16949:2016 audit. The thesis text aims to map the current trends in approaches to attributional MSA analysis with a focus on visual inspection. Based on the theoretical findings, a new company methodology is to be subsequently proposed. The defined aims of this thesis were fulfilled, resulting in a methodology that meets the company's requirements as well as the methods described in the relevant manuals. The proposed methodology uses the cross-tab method, which describes the analysis of attributional data without knowledge of the reference. The result of the analysis are kappa coefficients, which determine the measure of agreement in the evaluation, and efficiency values of the measurement system. By following the principles described in this thesis, it is possible to generalize the proposed methodology for use in other companies.
