Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na studium a zlepšení operací kontroly kvality servisních činností vybraného portfolia společnosti. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat tyto operace a navrhnout změny pro optimalizaci času a nákladů spojených s procesem kontroly kvality. Analýza zahrnuje identifikaci slabých míst, stanovení hlavních příčin problémů a navrhnout opatření k jejich odstranění. Diplomová práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí, které pokrývají teoretické základy, analýzu stávajícího systému managementu kvality ve společnosti a návrhy na konkrétní vylepšení. The thesis focuses on the study and improvement of quality control operations of service activities of the selected portfolio of the company. The main objective is to analyze these operations and propose changes to optimize the time and cost associated with the quality control process. The analysis involves identifying weaknesses, determining the root causes of problems and suggest measures to eliminate them. The thesis consists of three main parts, which cover theoretical foundations, analysis of the existing quality management system in the company and proposals for specific improvements.
