The bachelor thesis is focused on the design of trade fair activities for the agricultural company. The characteristics of exhibitions and trade fairs and their importance in marketing mix are presented. An analysis of the external and internal environment of the company is processed. Part of the thesis is a questionnaire survey among visitors and exhibitors at agricultural fairs.

Brno trade fairs are the heart of Central Europe for exhibitions of everything interesting for already more than 90 years. Nevertheless, the most valuable exhibits are the urban and architectural values of the complex, which are reflecting the development of modern Czech architecture. Even after years of development, it is still necessary to look to the future, to solve the coming problems of generosity, to keep the high level of the area, to support its function and to keep legacy of the fairs for the next generation. As the main happenings moves further from the city centre, the issue is still more up to date on how to handle the west side of this area. In my work, I set out clearly the future urban planning of the trade fairs and divide the various functions into logically integrated areas. In the west part, I am creating a new administrative centre with a lot of other associated services. The basic idea is to create a permanent supporting superstructure, into which the variable function is inserted. I take advantage of the basic principles of smart city, flexibility and the versatility of buildings. To achieve a good connection of the complex with the surrounding area, I maintain the existing transport connections and make new possibilities of movement through the complex and the surrounding areas. This creates a new modern part of the complex, which could evolve over time based on the needs and requirements of its users.

The theme of this diploma thesis is ,,The meaning and use of selected promotional tool". The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the selected promotional tool. The subject of the analysis was fairs and exhibitions of ESCO PODLAHY, s.r.o. Based on the information found, suggest possible recommendations for their further use or improvement.
Consumerism as part of U.S. propaganda during the Cold War

This thesis examines the role of consumerism in American propaganda. Its main objective is to show the strategy by which the American government used consumerism and consumer goods to legitimize its regime abroad. This case study is mainly focused on the 1950s and it is divided into three parts. The first part addresses the attitudes of the world public towards the American consumerism at the beginning of the Cold War, the beginnings of the American information programs fighting against the rising anti-Americanism, and also the exhibitions promoting the Marshall Plan. The second part is dedicated to the United States Information Agency's operations, to the U.S. participation in international trade fairs, and to the development of the People's Capitalism concept. The third part dissects the American National Exhibition in Moscow, which represented one of the biggest achievements of the American overseas propaganda. This thesis, therefore, analyses how the consumerism was integrated into the American ideology and became a key element in the struggle of the Cold War.
Marketing communications of Styl and Kabo trade fair aimed at the changeover from B2C to B2B sector

The bachelor thesis "Marketing Communications of Styl and Kabo trade fair aimed at the changeover from B2C to B2B sector" handles Czech trade fair Styl and Kabo, which deals with textile and clothing production and is determined for small and medium enterprises, and about its marketing communications. In connection with the changeover of the orientation to the B2B sector in 2009 the communication of the trade fair has gone through a remarkable change. In comparison with former years, when in the communication ATL activities and media communications were preferred, since 2009 the communication focuses on BTL activities. The thesis describes the role of the trade fair as a communication tool and more closely relates to Styl and Kabo trade fair, its history and progressions, its present situation and possible future development. It also explains the reason of the changeover to strictly professional trade fair. It means only experts can attend it. Further the thesis summarizes communication activities of the trade fair before 2009, it concentrates on used creativity, chosen media and communication channels and event marketing. ATI and The Promotion of Czech Theater Abroad

This bachelor thesis examines the presentation of Czech theatre abroad mediated by the Arts and Theatre Institute (ATI), the state-funded organization of Ministry of Culture. It aims to map the possibilities which are by the ATI. The first part of the thesis contains the abstracts of the state strategic document which supports the presentation of the Czech culture and theatre in the foreign land. The second part the thesis summarizes the activity of the ATI and the International Cooperation and PR Department whose aim is the presentation of the Czech theatre outside the country. The third part of the thesis is the information based on the practical experience of the ATI and Czech Centers employees as the organizers of the presentation, and the Drak Theatre and the Naïve Theater Liberec employees as the representatives of the puppet theatre regarded by the ATI as the “export leaders”.

V rámci návštěvy mezinárodního knižního veletrhu ve Frankfurtu nad Mohanem ve dnech 18. – 21. 10. 2016 proběhla úspěšná jednání s představiteli nakladatelství John Wiley & Sons, Elsevier Science, Springer Verlag, EBSCO, IOP a Emerald a bylo získáno velké množství zajímavých poznatků na doprovodných prezentacích.

The diploma thesis is focused on sales of agricultural equipment in the domestic market. It analyses the current situation and competition in the industry and possibilities of using funds from the EU funds and the state budget of the Czech government. Furthermore, the work processed by selected instruments for promoting agricultural machines and tools and assessment of participation in trade fairs at selected specialized commercial company. Part of this thesis is a brief survey respondent´s shopper of agricultural machinery.
