The content of this bachelor thesis is an analysis and proposals of recommendation in spere of selection procedure employed and subsequent employee rating so they could promoted quality of service. The theoretical part of this work is dealing with staffing, intake, selection procedure, occupational training, motivational program. In the practical part of this thesis you can find analysis of staffing the company trought the medium questionaire inguiry answer system. The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis and recommendations concerning the selection procedure of the employees so that they can promote the quality of the service provided by PRG-Schultz ČR, s.r.o. company. The theoretical part of this work contains survey and elaboration of the appropriate materials and theory which are needed for successful realization of the chosen objectives. The practical part is dealing with the analysis of current selection procedure and formulation of the proposals to improve personal recruitment.
Job interview

The first part, theory, begins with job analysis. Then searching for applicants and selection of the employees follows. The key topic of the study is focused on the most frequent method of the employee selection - job interview. The advantages of this method are the possibility to assess the applicant's personality more thoroughly and also to check and supplement the information gained by other selection methods. On the other hand some of the disadvantages are the tendency to subjective assessment and the fact that the interview is comparatively time-consuming. In any case the job interview should be also done according to the ethic principles. There are a lot of types of the interview. Interviews differ for example by structure, by the number of applicants or by the formulation and purpose of the questions used during the interview. Each interview consists of the three following parts: preparation, course and evaluation. The practice reveals that the selection process is influenced not only by the setting of the personnel processes but also by the personal approach and expertise of the evaluators. Recruitment and selection of pedagogical employees in kindergarten

The diploma thesis deals with the personnel management practices of recruitment and selection of employees. The theoretical part provides a brief description of the development of human resources management and an outline of the constituent personnel management practices. The steps undertaken by an organisation in the process of recruitment of employees are described thoroughly, from identifying job openings till designing and publishing a job advertisement. The main methods of employee selection are mentioned, followed by a more detailed description of the selection interview. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the field of pre-primary education. It examines the current circumstances of recruitment and selection of pedagogical employees in selected kindergartens in Prague. It investigates which methods and techniques are used in these personnel management practices and it scrutinizes the factors that influence them. The results of the inquiry show that the recruitment and selection of pedagogues are executed on an adequate level in the selected schools. The schools use their internal capacities to perform these tasks and they apply a combination of methods. Selected Methods of Recruitment in a Firm

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe the process of recruitment and selection of employees. It focuses on two commonly used and very interesting methods: an assessment centre and a selection interview. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the issue and a summary of the information about these methods. The task of the practical part is to confront the theoretical knowledge with the process of the selection procedures in selected company. The cooperation with ČSOB was begun for the needs of the bachelor thesis. The goal of the practical part is to describe and evaluate the process and the content of the selection procedures in ČSOB. There are mentioned similarities and differences between the theory and the practice. Finally, suggested recommendations are based on the obtained information and the participation in the selection procedures.
Assessment of recruitment and selection process at logistics company

This thesis aims to assess the recruitment and selection process done at logistics company in the Czech Republic and to propose suggestions that could help increase the efficiency of the process. To achieve this, firstly literature suggestions as well as current trends in the Czech Republic are identified. Then, the process done in the Czech logistics company is described and compared to the process done in the French company. Afterwards the human resources as well as candidates perception of the process is identified. In the end, the individual elements are compared which enables to define six improvement recommendations for the company. The results show that the process done during the time of low unemployment rate (3,7%) can pose difficulties for the company. To overcome this problem, the company might want to develop its employer branding, focus more on external sources, improve its advertisements and giving feedbacks and shorten the selection process.
