Communication competences in kindergarten curriculum

The thesis focuses on a concept of communicative competences in the curricula at the stage of pre-school education and introduces the possibilities of development of these competences in kindergarten. The theoretical part outlines issues of curriculum, key competences and communicative competences in the context of pre-primary education. The research is a presentation of qualitative-quantitative research, which aimed to analyze the concept of communicative competences in the curricula of kindergartens and based on direct observation to find out, how kindergarten teachers meet the communicative competences at this stage of education, how to diagnose them and what opportunities provides kindergarten environment to develop pre-school children communication competences. Based on the analysis of curriculum documents of selected kindergartens we found that schools include communicative competences in their conceptual materials and attach great importance to them, even if these documents have different content and formal level. From our observations and interviews with respondents, we concluded that kindergartens and their teachers usually provide good conditions for children to develop their communicative competences (positive communication climate, proper teacher speech pattern, primary prevention,...
Educational project and its application in personality and social development of children in the pre primary school

The thesis is focused on a preschool-aged children and on possibilities of their personality and social development through the educational project in preschool education. The first, theoretical part, deals with the process of socialization which is broadly developing after the start of preschool education. It also presents pieces of information about educational process in pre-primary school related to the importance of the process of socialization in educational practice as well as in relation to contemporary personality approach and comprehensive integrated approach in preschool education. The main focus remains on the possibilities of educational projects in this area. The second, practical part, explores via observation and questionaire methods the personality expressions of children in social interaction and relationships between children. But first and foremost it verifies the benefits of educational projecting for the possibility of intentional work on personality and social development of children in pre-primary school. Views of contemporary mothers (in Czech Republic) on upbringing of childern aged younger then tree years.

The thesis named "Opinions of opinions of contemporary mothers on the upbringing and education of children up to three years " examines and describes the services of day care centres for children up to three years in the Czech Republic in context with the family policy of our country and the Barcelona aims. Contemporary education possibilities of children up to three years in the selected states of EU in connection with their respective family policy are outlined too. The thesis also includes a research investigation of problematic questions concerning the upbringing and education of children up to three years, whose aim was to determine the concrete opinions and attitudes of the examined group of 75 mothers with children up to three years towards the family and non-family care in the region of Mladá Boleslav and its surroundings. It also examines which options of the children early care are used by mothers most often and what are the reasons behind. In the practical part of the thesis the general awareness of mothers about the options of the day care for children up to three years, including the personal attitude towards the nursery, was established. The work followed the specifics of the educational work between 2-3 years of age in an ordinary preschool. The theoretical part is based on developmental psychological characteristics of this period. It monitored the impact of early interactions mother - child, influence of family environment and other factors affecting the child's separation from the mother and the subsequent adaptation and socialization in a preschool environment. The survey includes six case studies of selected two-year old children (position of the child), 24 selected parents of preschool children within one preschool (parents' position) and 51 preschools (teacher's position). The research followed the specific impact of key factors influencing the course of adaptation and socialization of a child under 3 years of age in a preschool environment, including the anticipated impact of key chronological age. Importance of Interaction between Preschool Children and Seniors Citizens

This bachelor thesis deals with the matters of intergenerational coexistence, in particular with a possible outcomes when a child interacts with senior citizens. The theoretical part focuses on a comparison of generational coexistence in a family in the context of historical development, then, it analyses problems of a current modern family and the impacts on children who do not have the possibility of meeting grandparents or other senior citizens regularly. In the empirical part, we observe the realization of active cooperation between the nursery school Sokolovská and an old people's home. This observation includes interviews with children, parents and teachers. The goal of this work is to analyse the cooperation methods of a nursery school with old people's homes and the mutual contribution of gathering preschool children with seniors.

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to burnout and its relation to personal and social qualities of nursery school teachers. The theoretical part describes phases, causes and displays of burnout, possibitilies of prevention and treatment. It dealswith differences in personal qualities, especially in connection with the ability to face stress and preassure and deal with them effectively. It also points out the specifics of the work at nursery schools. The practical part contains the results of the questionnaire sutvey of nursery school teachers in Tábor and its vicinity. The aim is to find out if personal and social qualities are linked with burnout and to what extent.

The bachelor thesis deals with problems of lifelong education of teachers of nursery schools especially with sphere of further education and with approach of preschool teachers to profession development.The first part of the thesis is based on theoretical processing of reguirements of professional equipment of preschool teachers and shows some possible ways of further education according to mentioned literature. The other part brings a view of teachers of nursery schools of their own requirement of increase of expert knowledge. It deals with opportunities to further education in usual practice of preschool teachers and tries to outline what forms of educational activities are preferrend by teachers of nursery schools most. It looks for answers to questions of taking advantage of gained information in process of innovations of preschool curriculum. This part leans on treated results of questionnaire investigation that have been realized among teachers of nursery schools in region Vysočina.
EDUCATION IN THE KINDERGARTEN AS AN IMPULSE AND WAY FOR DEEPENING A CHILD´S EXPERIENCE

The thesis focuses on drama education as a method for preschool children in the kindergarten. This method can intensify the children's experience. The theoretical part explains the terminology, principles and methods of the drama education. The educational methods used in the kindergartens are discussed in greater detail and the corresponding areas of these and the drama education are shown. The specific characteristics of the kindergarten and the importance of teacher's personality are also explained. The practical part describes the techniques of the drama education as they are used in daily interactions in the individual stages of a child's attendance in the kindergarten. The realized projects and activities are shown with the chosen technique of the drama education is introduced there as well. The final project focuses on deeper children's experience. The method of the association words was chosen. The children's answers from three different kindergartens were compared. One of the kindergartens promotes the drama education in working with preschool children. The aim of the thesis was a confirmation of a hypothesis that these children have richer imagination and that they are more creative.
