Diplomová práce s názvem "Názory současných matek na výchovu a vzdělání dětí mladších tří let" mapuje a popisuje služby denní péče o děti do tří let v České republice v kontextu rodinné politiky našeho státu a Barcelonských cílů. Přibližuje i současné vzdělávací možnosti dětí mladších tří let ve vybraných státech Evropské unie s ohledem na jejich rodinnou politiku. Součástí diplomové práce je výzkumné šetření zaměřené na problematické otázky týkající se výchovy a vzdělání dětí do tří let, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jaké jsou konkrétní názory a postoje výzkumného souboru 75 matek s dětmi do tří let, vůči rodinné a nerodinné péči v regionu Mladá Boleslav a okolí. Současně se zaměřuje na to, jaké možnosti rané péče o děti matky nejčastěji využívají a jaké důvody je k tomu vedou. Praktickou částí diplomové práce bylo rovněž zjišťováno, povědomí matek o možnostech denní péče o děti do tří let, včetně jejich osobního postoje k jeslím. Harmonizace pracovních a rodinných rolí je v současné době diskutovaným tématem nejen u nás, ale i v celoevropském měřítku. Vedle stoupající míry porodnosti a vysokého poddílu zaměstnaných žen, hraje klíčovou roli i nastavení českých rodin na dvojí příjem, což je stále častěji spojováno s nedostatkem institucí pečujících o děti do tří let. Výzkumným šetřením byly zjištěny... The thesis named "Opinions of opinions of contemporary mothers on the upbringing and education of children up to three years " examines and describes the services of day care centres for children up to three years in the Czech Republic in context with the family policy of our country and the Barcelona aims. Contemporary education possibilities of children up to three years in the selected states of EU in connection with their respective family policy are outlined too. The thesis also includes a research investigation of problematic questions concerning the upbringing and education of children up to three years, whose aim was to determine the concrete opinions and attitudes of the examined group of 75 mothers with children up to three years towards the family and non-family care in the region of Mladá Boleslav and its surroundings. It also examines which options of the children early care are used by mothers most often and what are the reasons behind. In the practical part of the thesis the general awareness of mothers about the options of the day care for children up to three years, including the personal attitude towards the nursery, was established. The harmonization of working and family roles represents an intensively discussed issue not only in our country, but in the whole European scale....
