Jahodová, Klára ; Chrudimský, Jan (advisor) ; Malíř, Roman (referee)
Title: Spine pains of gymnasts in selected gymnastic sports Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to describe selected causes of spine pain in connection with the type of gymnastic sport, training load and specific moments when gymnasts feel pain in individual segments of the spine. Methods: For the processing of the data, which was obtained through a questionnaire survey, we used selected methods of descriptive statistics, especially to determine the characteristics of the location and variability of the data. Subsequently, they were processed graphically and tables were created in the Excel. Results: According to the results, 98 % of female gymnasts have experienced back pain at least once in their life. One of the causes is the training load, which has a big influence on the current health condition. The frequency of back pain among gymnasts training twenty or more hours per week with a training unit longer than three hours is bigger than in gymnasts with lower values. Regarding the performance level, female respondents competing at the national level feel more pain than at the highest elite level. In terms of individual sports, artistic gymnastics has the highest number of female respondents who experience back pain or have suffered a spinal injury. The most problematic part of the spine is the...

Title: Sprinter's training in the specialized phase of the conditioning Selfanalysis of one's own training Goals: The main goal of this dissertation is to review the development of my own performance and to evaluate the training in the specialized phase of the conditioning. Next goal is to evaluate the individual development and the results of chosen STU, that are important for short smooth sprint, and afterthat to compare those indicators. Methods: Data for the explorative part were gained by the method of content-selfanalysis of training documents, and we I evaluated chosen special training indicators of those documents. We mainly focused on development of acceleration maximum speed, followed by the development of speed endurance and running with load (total volume in km). Results: The results of chosen training indicators are processed to the table and graphic form. The form of comments is used for analysis of sport preparation, setting up the compensative exercises, health condition and evaluation of performance' development during four years period with two different coaches. The load was increasing in all chosen STU. The individual approach of the coach and communication with the client was very important aspect, that also contributed to the conclusion, that the best results were reached with...

Hrubý, Jakub ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Malý, Tomáš (referee)
Name: Analysis of external indicators of physical activity in professional football players Objectives: Find out the amount of movement load of professional football players using selected external indicators with regard to different player positions. At the same time, the aim of the work is to determine the ratio of training load between a microcycle and a championship match Methods: The research group consisted of 19 football players from a professional football club, their movement load was analyzed in 15 championship matches and 37 training units within eight weekly training microcycles. All data on the physical activity of players was recorded using a global portable system (GPS; Catapult Sports). The Hedges g factor was used to evaluate the significance of the differences between the two group ratios. Results: In the indicator of the total distance covered (CPV) in the match, the central defenders (10 131,1 ± 1588,7 m) did not differ significantly from other game positions, except for the central midfielders, who recorded the highest values (11 495,2 ± 533,3 m). On the contrary, the lowest values were reached in CPV by players in the position of external defenders (9 629,8 ± 1 380 m). In the indicator, the high-intensity running (> 18 km.h-1) in the match was covered by the longest distance...

Franková, Aneta ; Červinka, Pavel (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
Title: Analysis of the training load and the performance development of the female runner athlete stage of specialized training. Aims: The main aim of this thesis was the analysis of the training load of female runner athlete sage of specialized training in three preparatory periods 2012-2015. Then compare them to professional literature dealing with given theme, answer research questions and formulate conclusions. Methods of work: This thesis was created using content analysis method from three preparation periods and the professional literature. For the mutual comparison and comparison with professional literature was used comparative method. Results: Preparation compare to professional literature have bigger volume of work to the detriment of intense. Training was adequate to age, heading towards performance development and in the area of special preparation does not exceed recommended model characteristics. The biggest reserve is in area of regeneration and speed conditioning. Key words: training load, performance development, stage of specialized training

TITTLE Analysis of the dolphin swimmer's four-year training session. AUTHOR Bc. Štěpán Šetek DEPARTMENT Department of physical education SUPERVISOR PaedDr. Irena Svobodová ABSTRACT The theme and aim of the work is to analyze the four-year training cycle of a swimmer specializing in bowling discipline. In the theoretical part, the work is devoted to the characteristics of swimming performance, swimming skills, swimming method of butterflies and its history and last but not least to the training process in swimming. The research part of the thesis deals mainly with the documentation of swimming training. Examiners' training records are recorded, which show the training process from four annual training cycles from 2006 to 2010. The general ones are studied with special indicators and their influence on the observed swimming disciplines. Conclusions could be a guide for trainers in how to change the preparation and thus improve the performance of their wardens. Čížek, Jan ; Perič, Tomáš (advisor) ; Skružný, Zdeněk (referee)
Title: Comparison annual training cycle of 4 teams in a base of capacity and specifity of training load in floorball Objectives Main objective of this graduation theses is to compare capacity and specifity of training load in annual training cycle. Tested subjects are two teams from season 2004/2005 TJ JM Chodov and HC Rychenberg, two current teams from season 2012/2013 TJ JM Chodov and Tatran Střešovice. Methods: I used method of analysis and method of comparison. I applied method of analysis in sorting of data and method of comparison in subsequent comparing of annual training cycle. Results: I found out, that the annual training cycle is mainly different in specifity of training load. Training load is heading from training of universal condition to gaining universal and specified condition in scope of activity in training of game skills. Results are presented by using tablets and column graphs Keywords: floorball, annual training cycle, training load, specifity of training load, training unit
Training and performance of a shot put thrower.
Radová, Pavlína ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Krátký, Petr (referee)
Title Training and performance of a shot put thrower Aim of study The aim of study was to analyze performance development of shot put thrower Pavlína Radová in a five-year period. Analysis was focused on connection between the dynamics of athletic performance and the effect of training load during each of the two training cycles 2010/2011 and 2011/2012. Methods In this thesis, we used auto-analysis and comparison. Data for analysis of training load and performance development were obtained from the training diaries of the years 2010/2011 and 2011/2012. Results Sports performance development was majorly affected by character of training load and mental condition of the athlete in each yearly training cycle. Poorly chosen training load and insufficient regeneration lead to stagnation or decline in physical performance. Individual approach of the coach and his communication with trainee is very important. Key words Sports training, shot put, performance, analysis, training load

Kratochvíl, Přemysl ; Pokorná, Jitka (advisor) ; Čechovská, Irena (referee)
Title: Parameters of high performance swimmers training specialized in breaststroke swimming style. Aim of the study: The aim of this study was to determine the training load and performance development at leading Czech swimmer, winner of Czech records. Method: Reference period became a four-year olympic cycle before the Olympic Games in London in 2012. Data collection was implemented mainly through the study of documents - coach training diaries and race analysis. Computer processing of the data is performed through descriptive statistics, tabulations and graphic display and degree of dependence. Results: The investigation showed that the training load displacement characteristics observed in many parameters swimmer makes a lower value. Causal could be frequent medical complications. Yet training allowed the swimmer to complete quality training with little performance progression in their major disciplines 50 m and 100 m breaststroke and to start at world competitions. Key words; sports swimming, olympic cycle, training load, breaststroke swimming style.
