The bachelor thesis discusses service analyse of travel agency Cílka, s.r.o. The first part of my thesis is an explanation of concepts, problems in tourism, marketing of services and methods for competition analysis, analysis of products and services. The second part includes analyses and data evaluation procedures and innovation suggestion. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is propose the arrangement to that would lead to the customer content and sales promotion of package tour.

This thesis is focused on the analysis of the range of services in the Lipno nad Vltavou area. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and application. The theoretical part contains basic technical terms from the field of tourism, which are important for understanding the purpose of the thesis. The application part begins with a chapter that analyzes and characterizes the area, including its range of tourism services. It follows from this chapter that Lipno nad Vltavou has the greatest potential in terms of natural conditions and that the offer of accommodation and catering services, including the offer of leisure activities, is sufficient. A questionnaire survey was used to analyze trends and customer preferences, using which missing products and services were found near the Korzo Lipno resort. The guided interview led to a deepening of the intention of the Korzo Lipno project and confirmation of the possibility of introducing the identified missing services from the questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis, the thesis is based on the results of research and suggests the possibility of introducing services in a newly developing project, including their marketing and sales support.
Product innovation in rail services in the tourism Jindřichův Hradec

The main purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to evaluate the services offered by the company Jindřichův Hradec local railways (JHMD) in the field of tourist industry. At the same time the thesis suggests measures that would lead to enhancement of these services, which would be favourable both for the passengers and the company. Professional literature were used as materials to develop the theoretical part. The practical part involves introduction of the JHMD company, situational analysis and SWOT analysis, to whose construction internal materials acquired from JHMD were used.

Factors Affecting a Visitors´ Satisfaction in South Bohemia (The Region of Český Krumlov)

The main goal of this thesis was to identify factors influencing the satisfaction of tourists visiting the region of Český Krumlov and evaluating the conformity of the visitors' expectations and the reality. Main focus of the research was to clarify how visitors view the quantity and quality of primary and secondary offer of the destination. Based on the results of the quantitative research were made suggestions that could contribute to increasing tourists' satisfaction.

The aim of this work was to identify factors affecting visitor's satisfaction in the region of Jindřichův Hradec and to assess compliance of their expectations with reality. It was also examined perceptions of quantity and quality of tourism offer in this region from the viewpoint of demand. Based on the findings were set out measures to increase visitor's satisfaction in this region.
Impact of Innovations on Key Hotel Indicators

This thesis deals with the impact of innovations integrated from the new company position of Quality Control Manager on key hotel indicators - guest evaluations, occupancy rate and average price. First part of the thesis is dedicated to the introduction to the quality in tourism, its measurement and management systems. Next part deals with AVE Hotels hotel chain and its quality management system. Following chapter is dedicated to Aida Hotel and innovations suggested from the new position of Quality Control Manager. The key part of the thesis compares Hotel Aida with the Oficial Classification of Accommodation Facilities before and after innovations integrated by Quality Control Manager and deals with impact of aplied changes on guest reviews, occupancy rate and average price. Final part of the theses contains conclusion, recommendations of the author and comments. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and consider the depth of the contribution of changes of Quality Control Manager on mentioned indicators. For this purpose, the thesis analyses and compares data about guest reviews, occupancy rate and average price before and after integration of the innovations of Quality Control Manager. The thesis can be used to consider the return of investment in quality improvement and in introduction of quality management and control system.
Value Added Tax in tourism

The subject of the diploma thesis is value added tax in tourism. Certain subjects that do business in tourism are obliged to apply a special travel service scheme for services provided according to the Act No. 235/2004 on Value Added Tax. In comparison with normal rules, this scheme simplifies the rules of application of the value added tax, though it is not applicable in all situations. The major aim of this thesis is to make a complete outline of the rules related to the application of value added tax in tourism and present suitable practical examples. Another aim of the thesis is to analyze the difference between the legislation of the special scheme according to the Act on Value Added Tax and according to the European Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of value added tax. The theoretical focus is supplemented by practical examples with some completed tax returns for better understanding of the application of value added tax in tourism.
Marketing Analysis of the Wine Shop

The aim of the thesis is to analyse marketing tools in the wine shop Víno-klub. The theoretical part deals with the marketing in general, marketing mix in the tourism industry, wine classification and the consumer behaviour for wine in the Czech republic. The practical part concerns with the analysis od the specific marketing tools in Víno-klub and its application to practise. Then the marketing mix is assessed by a questionnaire. At the very end, there is an outline of the recommendations, proposals and measures for improving the quality of the provided services.
Consumer Behavior of the Customers of Prague's Cafés

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of Prague's classical cafés and the consumer behavior of their customers. The main aim is to accomplish an analysis of the offered services on the basis of characterization and comparison of the selected Prague's classical cafés, followed by the consumer behavior research performed by the method of questionnaire. The paper is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The first two chapters describe the theoretical background and basic concepts that the thesis deals with, such as gastronomy, restaurants' services and associations with marketing in tourism. Closer attention is paid to consumer behavior, its research and the factors influencing it. The third chapter characterizes the services in selected cafés. In particular, they are Café Louvre, Café Savoy, Café Slavia, Café Imperial and Grand Café Orient. In the last part there is the research of consumer behavior provided, which results lead to the recommendations and suggestions for possible improvements of café's services.
