Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analyzování nabídky služeb v oblasti Lipno nad Vltavou. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a aplikační. Teoretická část obsahuje základní odborné termíny z oblasti cestovního ruchu, které jsou důležité pro pochopení záměru diplomové práce. Aplikační část začíná kapitolou, která analyzuje a charakterizuje danou oblast včetně její nabídky služeb cestovního ruchu. Z této kapitoly vyplývá, že největší potenciál má Lipno nad Vltavou z hlediska přírodních podmínek a že nabídka ubytovacích a stravovacích služeb včetně nabídky volnočasových aktivit je dostatečná. K analýze trendů a zákaznických preferencí bylo použito dotazníkové šetření, pomocí kterého došlo k nalezení chybějících produktů a služeb v blízkosti resortu Korzo Lipno. Řízený rozhovor vedl k prohloubení záměru projektu Korzo Lipno a potvrzení možnosti zavedení zjištěných chybějících služeb z dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce se diplomová práce opírá o výsledky výzkumu a navrhuje možnosti zavedení služeb v nově se rozvíjejícím projektu včetně jejich marketingové a prodejní podpory. This thesis is focused on the analysis of the range of services in the Lipno nad Vltavou area. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and application. The theoretical part contains basic technical terms from the field of tourism, which are important for understanding the purpose of the thesis. The application part begins with a chapter that analyzes and characterizes the area, including its range of tourism services. It follows from this chapter that Lipno nad Vltavou has the greatest potential in terms of natural conditions and that the offer of accommodation and catering services, including the offer of leisure activities, is sufficient. A questionnaire survey was used to analyze trends and customer preferences, using which missing products and services were found near the Korzo Lipno resort. The guided interview led to a deepening of the intention of the Korzo Lipno project and confirmation of the possibility of introducing the identified missing services from the questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis, the thesis is based on the results of research and suggests the possibility of introducing services in a newly developing project, including their marketing and sales support.
