Motivation of Workers on Project Managed by TOC

The work deals with issue of workers motivation on projects managed by method of Theory of constraints (TOC) which improves efficiency of projects. But this management method requires completely different manner of project workers consideration which can be unnatural for many people. This can cause same problems that in extreme cases may involve unsuccessful implementation of TOC. This is the reason why importance of motivation rapidly increases in connection with deployment and sustainment of Critical Chain Project Management. Main goals of this work are to describe most important differences between TOC and original methods of project management, to indentify impact of TOC on project workers, and (in relationship with previous findings) to evaluate existing theories of motivation and make a proposal of some measures for people motivation which are based on these theories.
Employee motivation in international company

Employee motivation is phenomen of these days. It should be responsibility of each employer. Each emlpoyer should pay enough attantion to this area, if they would like to have emlployees who are loyal, enthusiastic, empolyees who would like to build up company. Particular attention should be paid to the following areas: manager, team work, content of the work and evaluation of emlpoyees. Motivace zaměstnanců je aktuálním tématem dnešní doby. Každý zaměstnavatel by měl věnovat dostatečnou pozornost této oblasti, pokud chce získat zaměstnancce loajální, plné elánu, zaměstnace, kteří budou chtít vytvářet hodnoty pro svou společnost. Zvláštní pozornost by se měla věnovat zvláště následujícím oblastem: vedoucí pracovník, spolupráce v týmu, obsah vykonávané práce a hodnocení zaměstnanců.

This bachelor thesis is concerned with motivation of employees in selected organization, analysis of importance of particular motivation instruments. Analysis is based on information from anonymous questioning, face-to-face dialog and own observance. Bachelor thesis divides in two parts. Theoretical part, that explains basic terms, like motivation, satisfaction, motivation theory, stimulation means and system of remuneration, human relations at work, gives a base for analysis in practical part, that must evaluate actual system of motivation and satisfaction of employees, must give particular recommendations to get better situation.

The aim of the diploma thesis was to analyze a present situation of job satisfaction of employees in Window Holding a.s. - Vekra, identify problem parts and propose arrangements for improvement of determined limitations.Theoretical part is focused on conclusion of basic information of job satistaction, determination of main factors of satisfaction and methodology. Practical part is focused on analysis of certain parts by using questionnaire and dialogs with chosen employees of the company. The conclusion of the thesis gives suggestions an reccomendations for improvement of present situation.
Employee motivation structure of a chosen hotel

The subject of this dissertation is "Employee motivation structure of a chosen hotel". It is an employee work satisfaction study done at hotel Palace in Prague, which belongs to the Vienna International Hotels & Resorts. Analysis of the current situation as well as recommendations for improvement are included. The paper consists of two parts. The first theoretical part focuses on various concepts in the area of motivation, development of motivational theories, impact of employee motivation on performance and the characteristics of factors affecting work satisfaction. The second part analyses employee work satisfaction and describes the current state of the hotel's motivational structure. The conclusion focuses on suggestions for improvement based on the analysis presented in this paper.
Identification and comparison of motivational factors in senior nurses and nurses working in shifts.

Motivation to work is understood as an individual´s approach to work, his/her willingness to work. People are motivated when they expect to achieve goals or get rewards satisfying their needs. Currently health care facilities are facing the shortage and turnover of nursing staff. Therefore, hospitals are commissioned to create such an environment in which nurses become motivated, because only motivated nurses can provide a quality nursing care, which is expressed in patients´ satisfaction and rewarding feelings in nurses. The aim of the thesis was to identify and compare motivational factors of senior nurses and nurses working in shifts. The aim was fulfilled. Three hypotheses were set. First hypothesis: The most important motivating factor in nurses in senior positions is professional development was not confirmed. Second hypothesis: The most important motivating factor in nurses working in shifts is a financial reward was not confirmed. Third hypothesis: Motivational factors in nurses vary depending on the job assignment was confirmed. Results of the survey will be provided to medical officers to give them an overview of the most important motivational factors in nurses and the outcomes could also be a source of information for the hospital management how to effectively motivate the personnel. Senior nurses may focus on non-financial forms of rewards such as acknowledgements, thanks, appreciations, and good interpersonal relationships in the workplace.
The Motivation of Public Servants

The diploma thesis deals with work motivation particularly in public sector. Success of every company unreels from achievement of its employees. If a company wants from their workers the best achievement, it must motivate them sufficiently. The goal of this diploma thesis is to find out, how it is with work motivation in public sector, which factors of motivation motivate public servants the most, and also if there is a difference in a structure of motivation between public and private sector employees. In the theoretical part, there are compared theories of motivation and factors of motivation which are typical for private and public sector. In the analytical part, there are evaluated the answers gained on the basis of questionnaires survey, carried out in the offices of public sector. The most important factors for public servants are described and compared with the motivation structure of private sector.

Na čem všem je motivace závislá a jak jí lze využít k budování loajálních zaměstnanců a proč je výhodne pro zaměstnavatele si udržet stálé pracovníky. Motivace lze využít i tehdy, když například vedoucí pracovník potřebuje podpořit práci svého podřízeného a tím napomoci k dosažení cílů celé organizace.
