Bullying in the Intensive Care Units

Bullying in the intensive care units. The main mission of this thesis is to describe an issue called mobbing. The primary target is to get information about rate of bullying in the intensive care units in south Bohemia, especially in Prachatice and Strakonice city and to know how many percent of employees / paramedics of the intensive care units were already touched by bullying. This kind of information we got by anonymous questionnaires, set up from 23 questions with open and closed form. In theoretical part I deal with actual status, explaining term of mobbing, bossing, causes of bullying, characteristic of the participants, bullying in the health service in the Czech republic. In the conclusion I show prevention and tolerance of mobbing and bossing. In practical part I point on assesment of hypothesis and evaluation of the target of my thesis. I suppose that the chicane show up in small measure on the workplace of the intensive care units. From my point of view I think that women working in the intensive care units are getting in a touch of bullying much more than men. In this part I want to show a methodology of research, parameter of complex and evaluation of research. In conclusion I get back to evaluation of research and starting a discussion. Annotation: This thesis deal with aggresion and aggressiveness in humans lifetime, its sorts, starters.In more detail it is focusing for some forms of aggressive behavior as are chicane, ill-usage, racism, anti- semitism. It determinatives them as notions, describe thein after- effects and thein resolutions. At the conclusion this thesis offers set of games, methods and lessons for aggressiveness absorbing of pupils in the school. Some of them are equiping with photos, and the educt of simple questionnaire on the theme aggressive behavior at primary school in region Mladá Boleslav.

In the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis, there is a general summary of information about alcoholism, children's psyche and their developement, family, and strategies focusing on coping with the fact that their parents are people with greater problems, issues in the family and the impact of family on a child. The thesis consists of a possible precaution for children of parents- alcoholics and publication which was written mainly by the offspring of such parents for them. This thesis deals with the legislation related to the protection of animals against cruelty. The focus is mainly given to the present legislation, though the historical development is mentioned as well. The international and european legislation is resumed in the thesis as the european legislation has signifiant impact on the czech one. However the utmost focus is given to the czech legislation. The fundamental legal regulation in the domain of protection animals against cruelty is Act No. 246/1992. The main aim of this thesis is to provide comprehensive review of legislation, which concerns with the given domain of law and its projection into the practice.

Traumatic experiences of children in the context of the Czech republic

The topic of the work is the traumatic experiences of children in the context of the Czech Republic. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The aim of the theoretical part is to get acquainted with the influence on behavior and education after experiencing traumatic experiences, describes the typical forms and manifestations that belong to the negative experiences in childhood as is mental, physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, but also substance abuse by a household member or suicide of a family member. The theoretical part also draws attention to the possible impact on the child after experiencing traumatic experiences, in the areas of education or behavior. The work emphasizes the importance of prevention of this social problem and presents legislative support, crisis lines, centers and support in the field of education. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of anonymous questionnaires. The aim of this work was to find out the awareness and personal experience of teachers with violence, physical, mental abuse, neglect, sexual abuse in their students. A degree of prevention was also found in schools.
