Proposal of Part of Information System for Selected Subject

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis and selection of a suitable information system for selected company. The information system is selected according to the company's requirements and helps to streamline business processes. I will analyze individual information systems on the market and select the one that most closely matches the set criteria and requirements. I will then propose how to implement e-commerce and how to communicate with each other. At the end, an economic assessment is made.

The thesis theme is creation of a system for remote management of virtualized operating systems, especially Windows. The thesis describes the technology tools necessary to create such a system. It also presents a direct comparison with existing solutions already available. Thesis deals with the remote management of virtualized operating systems, especially Windows Remote Desktop Services, which is integrated with the Windows operating systems.

The effectiveness of training integrated rescue system in the system of continuing professional education and lifelong.

Titul: The effectiveness of training integrated rescue system in the system of continuing professional education and lifelong. Objectives: The goal is within the theoretical level to define, describe and explain the key terms related to the integrated rescue system. Objective of the research is to verify the functionality of the education system of IRS through a questionnaire survey on the effectiveness of education as a tool for feedback on the education system components. Methods: Main method of thesis is quantitative research based on a standardized survey. Research is focused on the current education system and its effectiveness in terms of the integrated rescue system. Research focused on public concerns to determine public opinion on the perception of the individual components of the integrated rescue system. Results: In the questionnaire survey identifying areas that are dysfunctional in terms of efficiency. Based on the results obtained by analyzing questionnaire was developed and designed a model of analytical and synthetic modeling, allowing to create the concept of a single training course of IRS. To Dvur Kralove by train - Transfer Terminal in Dvur Kralove nad Labem

The terminal is becoming a heart of traffic in Dvur Kralove nad Labem. Linking of train and bus transport is inspired by a shape of a “courtyard” - open space, that is surrounded by buildings. This is a stage where acts of transportation, meetings, happiness and worries take place every day. Space has been designed so people don’t only use it for a purpose of transport, but also to enjoy moments of free time. The appearance gives a futuristic impression, however respects city’s history and tries to enrich its surroundings, so it doesn’t become just another place where people like to spend their time. Although trains and buses enter terminal from 21st century, design respects also its history as well as surroundings and use a form and function to promote them. “courtyard” terminal is a place for meetings and goodbyes, where a time flows and journey to adventure begins.

Corporate Decision Support Systems

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of multiple criteria decision making within the selected company. The suitable variant selection of the portable multifunctional device, intended for the logistic oriented company operating the net of distribution halls for e-shops is being made.
First, theoretical background of decision making is introduced, as well as decision making models and methods. CATWOE, a tool for finding principle of the issue being solved and the SIPOC methodology, used for description of the processes within the company are both described. Graphical representation of selected business processes, using the process diagrams and the BPMN methodology are introduced afterwards.
The selected company is described in the second part, as well as characteristics of the major issue which creates the subject of this thesis. Using the SuperDecisions software, originally intended for decision support making compares variants of portable multifunctional devices with usage of the AHP method. The final comparison result is a proposal of the ideal device variant accordingly to the criteria defined by the company.

The Human Body as a Cultural Construction

The object of the paper is a theoretical analysis of the human body phenomenon as a distinctive cultural construction. Particular attention will be payed to forces by which, in a concrete cultural context, the body is transformed into symbolic and semiotic category, shared by members of a given culture. The paper aims to utilize the scientific potential of anthropology, which studies the human being as a unique unity of both superorganic and somatic components, verifying the hypothesis that the human body is not only a biological organism, but in the enculturation process becomes a symbolic object- a "somatized culture". Social advertising opportunities in the practice of the Czech social work

The diploma thesis "Social advertising opportunities in the practice of the Czech social work" is devoted to the relatively new advertising genre for our society- the social advertising, and how social workers can now use this type of advertising in their activities. The thesis defines the concept of public service advertising, describes the history of its origin and the level of development in some countries, and also by whom and for what purposes it is mainly used. The author aims to answer the question whether PSA can be considered as one of the tools of the social work, which gives us an opportunity to draw public attention to the existing social problems, find ways to solve these problems and prevent the occurrence of new pathological phenomena. The diploma thesis also focuses on social marketing, which is closely related to social advertising and should be used for the success of any social campaign, as well as on new trends in the activities of commercial organizations. These trends are identified as Corporate Social Responsibility.
