Název: Efektivita vzdělávání složek integrovaného záchranného systému v systému dalšího profesního a celoživotního vzdělávání. Cíle: Cílem práce je v rámci teoretické roviny definovat, popsat a vysvětlit základní klíčové pojmy, které souvisí s integrovaným záchranným systémem. Výzkumným cílem je ověřit funkčnost systému vzdělávání složek IZS prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření o efektivitě vzdělávání jako nástroje zpětné vazby na systém vzdělávání složek. Metody: Hlavní metodou práce je kvantitativní výzkum založený na standardizovaném dotazníkovém šetření. Výzkum je zaměřen na stávající systém vzdělávání a jeho efektivitu z pohledu složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Výzkum zaměřený na veřejnost se týká zjištění názoru veřejnosti na vnímání jednotlivých složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Výsledky: V rámci dotazníkového šetření byly vymezeny oblasti, které jsou z pohledu efektivity nefunkční. Na základě výsledků získaných analýzou dotazníkového šetření byl sestaven a navrhnut model analyticko-syntetického modelování umožňující vytvořit koncept jednotného vzdělávacího kurzu složek IZS. Objectives: The goal is within the theoretical level to define, describe and explain the key terms related to the integrated rescue system. Objective of the research is to verify the functionality of the education system of IRS through a questionnaire survey on the effectiveness of education as a tool for feedback on the education system components. Methods: Main method of thesis is quantitative research based on a standardized survey. Research is focused on the current education system and its effectiveness in terms of the integrated rescue system. Research focused on public concerns to determine public opinion on the perception of the individual components of the integrated rescue system. Results: In the questionnaire survey identifying areas that are dysfunctional in terms of efficiency. Based on the results obtained by analyzing questionnaire was developed and designed a model of analytical and synthetic modeling, allowing to create the concept of a single training course of IRS.
