Wood-splitting machine
Svoboda, Vít ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The objectives of the bachelor’s thesis is to make a short research about the cutting machines in general, compare the design, individual drives and the parameters of these machines. The next part is the emphasis on the actual construction of the machine, which is another goal of the work. At first, the frame is designed, then the hydraulic circuit of machine is designed by calculating and the last part deals with control and supporting calculations splitter component elements. The basic drawings of selected components of the splitting machine are parts of the work.
Design of mobile horizontal wood-splitting machine
Dressler, Jan ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This thesis shows making of documentation for production powerfull wood-splitting machine for hardest forestal work. There are researched and soluted all phases of pre-production machine's lifecycle, also means analysis of conception, potentional risks and failures analysis and also definition of required properties. Based on those properties and results of analyses is possible to setting up condition which should be satisfied. At following part are descripted and shown features of machine-design . Main feature (component) of machine is its frame, also there are strenght analysis of frame. Machine movement features are mainly hydraulics pistons which are powered by asynchronous engine, whith alternative possibility movement by wheel tractor power-take off shaft or hydraulics output. There are performed all important properties. Working safety questions and high endurability of machine shold be also performed. At the end of work is realised conception and design study of forestal production system for wood processing with one universal source of energy – wheeled tractor.
Wood-splitting machine
Důrek, Milan ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The master thesis done within the master study programme Transport vehicles and handing machinery presents a design of a wood splitting machine. The first part of the thesis is a literary review focused on current state in the field of wood splitting machines and on the overview of the most common wood species including their technical parameters. In the second part of the thesis, suitable machine components were chosen for the conceptual design of the wood splitter, taking into account predefined parameters. Then a machine frame was designed and its strength was verified by analytical and FEM method. Finally, drawing documentation for the machine, machine frame and splitting tool was created.
Gantry crane
Kriegler, Boleslav ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The work is focusing on design and actual construction of gantry crane, which is constructed for manipulation with ships in ports. The work describes calculation of powers that are put on the crane or describes control of its parts. As an output of the work is considered drawing documentation.
Horizontal splitter for firewood
Čechman, Jan ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The goal is a brief search of types of wood-splitters and own design of wood splitter, which fulfils requirements. CAD model has been made and also control calculations of suitability of chosen parts if necessary. Wood-splitter with high production of wood, big splitting force and possibility to run in home conditions has been successfully designed.
Design of mobile stand for suspending of electrodynamic exciter for aeroelastic phenomena testing in aviation
Vojáček, Jan ; Löffelmann, František (referee) ; Navrátil, Jan (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis deals with the design of mobile stand for carrying out ground vibration tests in aviation applications. These tests mainly judge the tolerance of aircraft against flutter. The start of the thesis deals with the teoretical background of aeroelasticity together with the historical events that led to the origins of research of such phenomenons. The second part of the tesis clarifies the motivation for designing the stand through overview of simmilar equipment avaiable on the market and through introducing the equipment used at the aircraft testing laboratory at the Institute of Aerospace Engineering. Third part of the thesis states possible approaches to the overal design of the stand and then crosses over to the chapter that discusses the chosen solution of the design. At the end there are introduced the results of modal analysis. These results state the natural frequencies occuring in the range of frequencies that normally occur while testing.
Container gantry crane
Straka, Václav ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the design and construction solution of a rail gantry crane intended for handling and loading of containers located in the space of the container terminal. It is therefore a design of the main supporting components of the crane, including checking the strength of their parts, as well as the design of the chassis part. The output of this bachelor thesis is drawing documentation.
Spokeless Ferris Wheel – Amusement Device
Novák, Petr ; Šťastný, Antonín (referee) ; Krmela, Luděk (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design and strength analysis of a spokeless Ferris wheel with a ring diameter of 30 m in accordance with the regulations for amusement technology ČSN EN 13814-1. The design, structural and fatigue analysis are covered. The static strength includes the check of the profiles, the selected weld, the selected pin joint and the check of the stability of the structure. To verify the manufacturing quality of the structure, a tensile test of the welded coupon is made.
Hydraulically driven vertical wood splitter
Moravec, David ; Novák, Tomáš (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis developed within the framework of the bachelor's study deals with a critical research of wood splitting machines and an overview of technical parameters of the material to be split. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the safety requirements imposed on this type of equipment and their specific form within the framework of the problem addressed. In the next part of the work, the hydraulic circuit and elements of the hydraulic circuit were designed, together with the design of the supporting frame of the splitting machine according to the predefined parameters. Together with the design of the splitting equipment, a drawing documentation of the overall assembly and welding sub-assembly of the equipment frame was created.
