Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření plánu pro vytvoření sítě dodavatelů, a sestavení návrhu pro vybudování logistického systému užívaným startupem rozvozu potravin. Analýza mapuje doručovací možnosti existujících rozvozových služeb, zároveň očekávání zákazníků a proces výběru dodavatelů. Návrhová část práce navrhuje řešení vytvořením vlastního rozvozového parku a nabídkou kombinace doručení zákazníkům domů, a zajištění možnosti vyzvednutí nákupu v odběrných místech.

The bachelor thesis is focused on financing of development and launching a new product of an EdTech Startup on the Czech market. The thesis is divided into Theoretical, Analytical and Proposal part. Theoretical part includes a description of the basic theoretical terms such as sources of funding and environment analysis of the company. Analytical part contains of analysis of the Startup’s present environment. Proposal part suggests several methods of financing and chooses the most suitable financing method of the investment.

This master’s thesis is focused on creating proposals for the optimization of the current state of project management of chosen startup which will increase the success of projects. It is also focused on the concept of project management of the company for its future development. Firstly, the thesis describes the theoretical background. Then, there is analyzed the current state of the company's project management and there are researched the best practises and lessons learned of project managers in the IT sphere. Based on the outputs and the use of project management methods, possible suggestions for improvement are created.

The aim of this work is create a mobile service, which allows user to make timeline for achieving a goal. Timeline offers opportunity for users to organize their projects more efficiently than before. The application is develped for Android OS and communicates with MySQL database through web service running on remote server. Important aspect is permanent and regular communication with early adopters. Changes are made based on feedback from users that determine future of development.
Analysis of the image of selected technology startups on the spectrum of Czech internet journalism

This qualification thesis aims to find out the motivations of selected startups to use strategic communication, especially public relations (PR), and to analyze their media image. It is based on the theoretical part of the thesis, which deals with startups, their ecosystem, strategic communication and public relations. The thesis focuses on three research questions. Do technology startups meet their communication goals through PR? And do startups understand PR and incorporate it into their business strategy? The methodological section also sets out the hypotheses and describes the research methods used, which include interviews with startup representatives and analysis of the media image of these entities.
Lean canvas model of providing gymnastic training

Title: Lean canvas model of providing gymnastics training Objectives: The main purpose of this thesis is to create a business project according to the Lean Canvas method, which will deal with the provision of gymnastic training to various sports subjects. Methods: The main method used in this thesis is the Lean Canvas method of creating an entrepreneurial project, which was preceded by a literature search on entrepreneurship and startup creation. To obtain the necessary information, informal interviews were conducted with gymnastics coaches involved in the issue and with representatives from potential customers, i.e. sports clubs. Results: The result of the work is the design of a business project according to the Lean Canvas method, which serves as a springboard for the start of the business and future development. The proposal elaborates in detail all 9 areas that the lean canvas method works with and finally proposes a procedure for testing the product through customer interviews. Intellectual Property Protection for Startups: A Law and Economics Perspective Abstract This thesis examines the appropriability methods used by startups to appropriate returns from their innovation. The theoretical part of this work delves into the classical law and economics theory of intellectual property, scrutinizing the intricate balance between incentivizing innovation and enabling broader access to knowledge. It also examines critiques of the intellectual property system and explores alternative incentive mechanisms. Additionally, an analysis of the fundamental attributes of selected intellectual property rights is provided. This evaluation considers the legal frameworks of both the United States and the European Union, along with the corresponding theories in the field of law and economics. The subsequent literature review presents a comprehensive analysis of the existing body of knowledge based on empirical studies of appropriability methods used by startups. In the empirical part of this thesis, the results obtained from research conducted on the importance of appropriability strategies utilized by seventeen Czech software startups are presented. Types of Shares in a Limited Liability Company established to realise an innovative project Abstract The research task of this thesis is to analyse and describe the specific challenges related to the possibilities in the Czech Republic of modifying the types of shares in limited liability companies established for the purpose of realising an innovative project in practice referred to as a startup. The aim is therefore to seek answers to the defined theses related to this matter. In the first two chapters, this thesis focuses mainly on the basic legal definition of the concepts related to limited liability companies and their shares in the Czech Republic. The following chapter describes what a startup is and how and by what means innovative projects are realised. The fourth and fifth chapters analyse the historical legal development of the Czech legal regulation of the types of shares in a limited liability company, considering the major changes made to the relevant legislation in the last ten years.
