Violence against women as one of the risk factors of female homelessness

This thesis focuses on homeless women and violence against them as one of the risk factors. The aim is to define the motivational factors preventing homeless women from leaving a violent relationship. The thesis is divided into three main areas. The first part focuses on homelessness and the specificities of homeless women. The second part focuses on the pro-issues of violence and the third part focuses on the motivations and disentangling the very factors that lead homeless women to remain in violent relationships. The work also includes case studies in the form of interviews with the clients of the low-threshold day centre of the St. Paul's House in České Budějovice, which help us to look at some of the issues from the perspective of the clients themselves, and are thus a practical contribution to the complexity of the whole work.

School principal at the implementer of changes affecting the quality of relations between the teaching stuff

This diploma thesis is focused on the position on headmaster and the relations between the teachers. The thesis has been devided into several chapters and subchapters. In the theoretical basis of this thesis there are the main basic concepts explained as school, culture of the school, headmaster, personality of the headmaster, vision of the school, concepts of leaderships and management. The main goal of this diploma thesis is an analysis and description of quality of the relations of teachers stuff. Secondary, the thesis approaches following questions: What kind of leadership has been applied at the chosen school? How and to what extent can the headmaster influence relations in the teachers stuff? How do the teachers perceive the personality of the headmaster? An analysis of questionnaires and interview are the main methods used to answer these questions. The final results of this research have been summarized in the conclusion. Park Na Solidarite - public space design and its influence on life in neighborhood

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to the influence of city environment on the social life of its inhabitants with regards to the design of space. I am pointing to the influence of type of development of the city space and appearance of public ground on forming neighbor relationships among inhabitants. In the thesis, I am focusing on public space in unique city locality of housing development Solidarita. This housing project, which has been designed as a space, which shall support community relationships, does not work according to the ideas of its designers. One of the last public areas in the housing development Solidarita is the Park Na Solidarite, which does not comply with its function. I am suggesting possible reasons why it is so and I inquire into how local inhabitants perceive the space. KEY WORDS Sociology of architecture, social relations, urban space, public space

Coach Turnover in Elite Football Clubs

Title: Coach Turnover in Elite Football Clubs Objectives: The Bachelor's Thesis is a deeper insight into the world of activities and changes accompanying coaches in the Czech premier football contest. Fundamental questions concerning the coach turnover within the Czech Premier League football are addressed in the Thesis. The theoretical part of the Bachelor's Thesis clarifies the significance of coaching activities and their importance at the level of Premier League football. It presents statistical data concerning the coach turnover, each time related to a particular period, i.e. from the moment of the coach's joining a particular club until the moment of his leaving. In the conclusion of this part of the Thesis, main reasons causing the intended or sudden changes in the implementation team are compared and evaluated. The study is namely focused on the head coaches and assistant coaches of the Gambrinus League in the Czech Republic. Motivation to study french language at the high school

This diploma thesis focuses on the motivation of students at high school to study french language. The aim is to discover how is possible to motivate students in french language teaching. The thesis consists of the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part describes motivation to study french from the point of view of her three main components: learning, social environment of school and character of french language. The practical part has research form and explores what motivate students at high school to study french, compares motivation for this language at elementary school contrary to high school and compares english to french at high school. The main explored aspects of motivation in research part were: the reasons to study, measure of motivation, teaching environment, surrounding environment of french language, forms of teaching, social influence and barriers in studying french language. I collected the knowledge for the topic by questionnaire survey at Grammar school in Ústí nad labem, at Grammar school in Děčín, at Elementary school school Nativity in Děčín. How Czechs perceive homosexual partnership.

This bachelor thesis focuses on men's attitudes towards homosexuality as a correlating element in constructing a social approach to homosexuality. I focused my research on men with Czech citizenship aged 35 to 50 years. The research was applied qualitative data analysis using grounded theory modeled by A. L. Strauss and J. Corbin. In order to increase the theoretical sensitivity, which is essential for understanding the topic, I used the specialized literature focusing on gender and methodology. It was presented in the first, theoretical part. In the second part there were mentioned methodological concepts, on which the third research part is based, where the data obtained from semi-structured interview were analyzed. Research has shown that the attitudes of respondents are inconsistent; however, a significant influence on their semblance has the participation of men in masculine groups.
