Brožka, Matěj ; Gryc, Tomáš (advisor) ; Carboch, Jan (referee)
Title: Influencing the success and accuracy of putting stroke using drill exercises Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine the influence of specific training conditions (short and long drills) on the success and accuracy of putting stroke of amateur golfers. Methods: Ten amateur golfers participated in this study (age = 35,0 ± 12,9 years; height = 176,7 ± 10,1 cm; weigth = 73,9 ± 17,7 kg; Hcp = 27,7 ± 13,4; game experiance = 4,2 ± 2,6 years). The design of this study consisted of data collection before training, a training session, and data collection after training. Before and after intervention each player made 10 putts from distance of 0,9 m, 1,5 m, 3 m, 8 m, 10 m a 12 m. During 4 weeks of intervention, the research file was divided into two grups (short and long drills). To determine the relationship between parameters success and accuracy, game level (hcp), game experience and training frequency was used Pearson's correlation coefficient (p < 0,05). To determine the statistically significant difference between the pre and post intervention test was used a paired t-test. Results: When evaluating all players together before and after intervention, we found higher success of short putts (by 11 %, p < 0,001) and higher accuracy of long putts (by 15,8 %, p < 0,001). A group of short...
A comparison of due managerial care of a member of governing body in the Czech Republic and a comparable duty of a member of governing body in Ireland
Pečinka, Martin ; Josková, Lucie (advisor) ; Čech, Petr (referee)
This paper deals with a comparison between the Czech duty of due managerial care of a member of governing body of limited company and the Irish non-fiduciary duty to exercise care, skill and diligence of a director of limited company (hereinafter also referred as "duty of care"). The paper aims to find out a possible way to improve legislation of the duty of due managerial care on the basis of comparison with the duty of care. The duty of care sets the ground for the comparison, therefore the paper deals first with the Irish legal status of the duty of care, which has been recently changed by the Companies Act 2014. Despite of the codification of the directors' duties, the core of interpretation and application of the duty of care still rests in judicial decisions. Nevertheless, the change of source and statutory wording of the duty means that the substance of Re City Equitable [1925] does not represent a good law anymore. The standard of care of Re City Equitable [1925] has been replaced by the minimal objective standard based on the British judgment Re D'Jan of London [1994]. The content of the duty of care is determined on the case by case basis, but in any event it consists of conclusions of the British judgment Re Barings [1999], which has been accepted by the Irish courts in restriction...

Šebková, Matylda ; Pokorný, Ladislav (advisor) ; Jandová, Soňa (referee)
This thesis deals with motor tests, which have the task of finding out the level of movement volleyball skills of Sokol Písek cadets. We obtained the results by three tests during one season. The tests are focused on lower and upper service, upper and lower rebound with both hands. The obtained results are processed into tables and graphs. We compared the individual tests for all three tests and found out what the development of the results was. We also researched which gaming activity they did more well. Another comparison concerned the success of players in tests and how many players passed testing. The main goal of this work was mainly to motivate players to further work. And show players which gaming activities need to be improved.
Intra-individual stability of performance and level of kinesthetic-differentiation ability in wedge play in golf players of varying performance level
Novák, Petr ; Gryc, Tomáš (advisor) ; Carboch, Jan (referee)
Title: Intraindividual stability of performance and kinestetic abilities level in wedge play performed on golf players with different performance level Goal: Goal of this thesis is detect an intraindividual stability of full swing performance in wedge play and find out kinestetic abilities level of golf players with different performance level when they control distance of ball flight, club head speed and ball speed. Methods: There were 15 golfers participating in this study (n = 15). Tested subjects are characteristic by these values: age 18,36 ± 2,61, body height 180,86 ± 7,38, body weight 73,21 ± 10,25, HCP HCP -0,47 ± 1,53. Intraindividual stability of performance and kinestetic abilities level was tested by instrument TrackMan. Gained values were processed by statistical methods in Excel. Pearson coeficient was used to find out the dependence between data. Results: We found high level of intraindividual stability from test results. Significant difference was found between in distance, club head speed and ball speed parameters with and without feedback. Significant connetion between intaindividual stability and performance parameters was found only in 1/3 of cases, same as connection between kinethetic ability and performance parameters. Key words: Short game, golf swing, approach shots, abilities

Císařová, Veronika ; Pokorný, Ladislav (advisor) ; Jahodová, Gabriela (referee)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to practice and develop basic skills in the education of younger school children. I chosed a school from a city, a district town and a small town, where do I myself teach physical education. At each school, we randomly selected 20 girls from 5th classes, where we tested their basic skills in sports games football, basketball and floorball. According to specific physical skills, I created 10 teaching units for each selected sport game and during the research I applied them in physical education lessons at BS Březové Hory. On the basis of the questionnaire I found out that it is the way in which they devoted themselves to individual sports games in schools. Finally, we evaluate and compare the input and output results of individual schools. Key words: skill, sport games, child, young school age
