Genetic Algorithms Based Game in Unity

This thesis focuses on the areas of game development and genetic algorithms. It describes the design and implementation of the game PlantEVO, which features special fighting plants. The player's task is to understand the workings of the genetic algorithm and to use it as efficiently as possible in breeding his plants. After then the strength of his plants is tested in online battles against other players. The battles are designed in a turn-based strategy combat style. The game uses a client-server architecture. The client is programmed in the Unity game engine, the server uses the REST API architecture.
Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Company

The aim of this thesis is to propose strategies for the development of human resource management and the associated personnel department. The work is divided into three parts: theoretical foundations, analytical section, and design section. The theoretical part builds on scholarly literature and provides a comprehensive view of modern approaches to human resource management. The analytical section focuses on a specific analysis of the current state of human resource management in a selected company, including the identification of key problems and factors that affect the efficiency of the personnel department. Based on the data obtained and the analysis, the final part of the thesis formulates specific proposals and recommendations for improving human resource management, which should contribute to the more efficient operation of the organization and increase employee satisfaction.
Selecting Objects in Augmented Reality

This work proposes and tests methods for object selection in augmented reality. The work focuses on selecting objects that overlap with each other in densely populated clusters. The proposed selection methods are direct selection, cursor, and list. As part of the work, an application has been developed that allows testing of the three methods and measures accuracy, time, motion and other criteria for a thorough evaluation of their applicability. The application was implemented using Unity and ARCore. A user study with 16 respondents was conducted using the test application. The results of the work show the advantages and disadvantages of each selection.
Trends in Recruitment and Employee Selection

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of recruitment and selection of employees, especially on the identification of current trends and the following implementation of these trends into practical use. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify trends in recruitment and selection and to propose the implementation of these trends in corporate human resource management and then also to provide a complete analysis of the recruitment process. The thesis first focuses on understanding the issues through a literature search to study relevant topics such as recruitment and selection, defining old and modern methods or the potential of using artificial intelligence in the industry. This theoretical knowledge is then applied in the practical part, where through qualitative research it was possible to carry out a complete analysis of the recruitment process of the selected position and to find the deficiency that is eliminated through the created proposal for improvement. The conclusion of the thesis includes the new element created for testing the candidate as well as recommendations for possible improvements to increase the efficiency of the company's recruitment process, all in line with current trends in recruitment and selection.

The subject of my diploma thesis is acquisition, selection and recruitment of workers in selected company. The first part focuses on the description of the theoretical knowledge gained from literature. There are defined concepts, methods, and procedures the issue. The second part characterizes selected company described its business area and there is a detailed analysis of the company employees. This section also focuses on the current system of acquisition, selection and recruitment of staff. The final section includes proposed amendments and recommendations in selected areas that will improve the efficiency of the system.
Optimization of Recruitment Processes and Adapting Employees in the Selected Company

The thesis deals with the human resources in chosen hospital facility. The aim of the thesis is to give proposals to optimize recruitment process and the subsequent adaptation of new employees in the organization and to make them more efficient. The research will be carried out through a questionnaire survey with in-house staff and a structured interview with superiors and management. Based on the results found, changes will be proposed to improve the aforementioned business processes.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of selecting a suitable information system to simplify customer relationship management and support project management of a small company. After an initial recapitulation of the basic concepts and methods used, it focuses on the actual analysis of the current state of the company. Based on the analysis, the individual requirements for the information system are then defined. The aim is to select and implement an information system for the company that meets the defined requirements and provides managers with an easier path to new business opportunities, administration, project management and customer relationship management.

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the information system of a selected company, its assessment and design of a new alternative system based on the company’s strategy. The thesis first summarizes the theoretical background, key to its processing. A survey of the current state of the company is also carried out, on the basis of which the requirements for the information system are developed. Part of the thesis is the selection of an information system based on requirements, its implementation and evaluation of expected benefits.

The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis was to get acquainted with the Evolutionary Optimization Techniques, mainly with the Genetic Algorithm and Genetic Programming. It was subsequently described the role of optimization problem TSP solved using Genetic Algorithms and other Chapter solving Symbolic Regression using Genetic Programming. This optimalization problems were created in the programming JAVA and there are solved practical part of the thesis.
