This thesis deals with issues in the field of proposals for improving the marketing mix of a selected company in order to expand markets. It is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical definition of individual terms and analyses. The second part is focused on the analysis of the company, both from the external environment and the internal environment. The final part of this work is devoted to suggestions for improving the marketing mix based on the analyzes from the previous part.

This thesis deals with automation of buildings, provides the possibility of automation in today's intelligent buildings. The issue of building automation for security and access systems is solved in details. This thesis contains the basic rules of the systems and procedure in the implementation of access and security systems. The target of this thesis is the proposal of the access and security system for buildings. Part of the thesis is also creating a model, on which will be presented the access and security system. This model will be used by the company ELMONT GROUP as a basis for dealing with contracts.

After the investor's approval, practical implementation and proof of practicality of security systems will be executed.

The project deals with heating office buildings and warehouses in Brno. The building has 3 floors and storage hall. The building is heated plate and tubular radiators in the administrative part. The heat source for heating the administrative part of a gas condensing boiler. The storage hall is a hot-air heating with gas condensing units.
