This diploma thesis deals with a development project in Prague the name Residential Complex of the Green Town and development market analysis in Prague. The diploma thesis describes individual phases of the development project, summary SWOT analysis for construction, method of project financing and risk management plan. The analysis of development projects is focused on the development of supply, demand, the development of new flats depending on the financial availability and location, where the prices of flats are compared with my resolved apartment building.

Apartment building in Blansko - construction technology project

The content of this work is the elaboration of a technology-oriented project for the construction of an apartment building with four above-ground floors in Blansko. This project includes a technical report, road mapping solutions, technological regulations, a drawing and technical report of the building site equipment, a timetable, a design of the machine assembly, control and test plans, a material resource assurance plan, and a technical report on health and safety at the building site.

Bachelor thesis is tries to capture the importance of prevention and therapy teen-agers drug users. The theoretical part is about drug like a substance and their prevention or risks. All theoretical part is chosen pursuant on the practical part. In the practical part we can find the specific example of one chicks drug user. There we can also found the comparison of theo-retical and practical part we will see here if all were done correctly or with mistake. The aim of this thesis is to try to point out the theory and practice of the pros and cons of the system of care for young people addicted to drugs.

Preferred activities during leisure are activities that individuals can freely choose and perform. Providing opportunities for health-promoting activities leads to a healthy lifestyle that can prevent risk behaviors or health problems. Objectives: Identify the choice of respondents' leisure time activities based on their place of residence. Explain how teenagers perceive risks associated with risky behaviors. What are the demographic, geographic and social predictors of risk behaviors, and the selection and implementation of selected leisure activities. To analyze the relationship between the risk behaviors of youth and the risk activities involved, ie to determine which activities are conducive to risk behaviors and which are protective in nature. This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and description of the development market in the Czech Republic. The thesis describes the specific activities leading to the development project in all its phases, presents the project risks and defines the security and specifications of the development projects. The analysis is focused on commercial office projects and it is formed in three successive levels, at the level of the Czech Republic, at the level of the analysis of the Prague and Brno markets, to a specific analysis of the selected project.
