Damage caused by information or advice - Czech adaptation, DCFR and PETL Abstract This thesis deals with liability for damage caused by administration of incorrect information or harmful advice, which is governed by Section 2950 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code. At the same time, it deals with its relation to the documents of the European legislative groups, namely the document of the Principles of European Tort Law (PETL), and the Draft Common Frame of Reference (DCFR). The aim of this thesis is to introduce annotated provision, its inclusion in the systematics of the Civil Code and to outline the possibilities and requirements of its application. This goal was also necessary to subject to an examination of the view of PETL and DCFR European documents, which inspired the legislative decision to include the annotated provision in its current form into the Code and even it was an inspiration for the creation of the Civic Code itself. In the context of introducing the annotated provision, it was necessary to develop the individual topics that formed the basis for accountability according to Civil Code in general, in the concrete in relation to the annnotated provision and, finally, in relation to the intentions of the PETL and DCFR European documents. The Forest. The Art Project for Elementary Art School (theoretical - project thesis)

Presented theoretical-project thesis is conceived as a contribution to the project of teaching method on subject of Forest. This contribution is meant for primary sphere of basic school of art. Individual parts are briefly but clearly developed in the theoretical part of this thesis, which offers insight into the chosen theme of the three main aspects - scientific, educational and artistic. These three aspects are, according to the scale of the study, supplemented by additional sub opinions of how to inspect on the issue. In certain parts of the thesis we can find examples of possible approaches to particular parts of the project. There are applied flat art activity, spatial and intermedial. The theoretical part is followed by a specific artistic project, which consists of a set of eight samples of art activities. The entire work is complemented with images.
Česká produkce nábytku 60. - 80. let 20. století - inspirace pro dnešek

The aim of this thesis is to study furniture production in Czechoslovakia during 60s-80s of 20th century, evaluate the benefits of this time period and specify progressive trends for current generation. Thesis is describing history and operation of the Spojene UP Zavody thorough the chosen period and particular changes of sector furniture lines. This work is further focused on contemporary furniture production inspired by this time period. In the second part of the thesis analysis has been made for proposal of furnishing element which continues in own proposal of selected sector line. In the end of the work creative solutions are described, followed by discussion and conclusion. Attachments, containing constructive solution of one furnishing element in designed sector line, list of material, calculation of technical-economic standard consumption of material and list of used hardware, are enclosed to the thesis.

The abstract The main aim of the thesis is preparation of the edition of an educational text by Simon Lomnický from Budeč. My work includes the correction of grammar, syntactic and ortographic errors, some of them need special decision, which has no influence on the uniqueness of the middle czech language. I have also analysed main themes and motives, which were similar to the themes of an another same genre books. The end of the life of Simon Lomnicky wasn't very happy and there were a lot of bad legends about his political behavior and his death during 19 th century,, which was destroyed on the beggening of the 20th century. I was also trying to find the origin of these rumors and make decision of its.

The abstract The main aim of the thesis is preparation of the edition of an educational text by Simon Lomnicky from Budeč. My work is aimed on the adaptation and analyse of a moralizing text by Lomnicky. I have analysed his book, Instruction or The short eduction for young hundsman, her evolution during three centuries, differences among editions from 16th, 18th and 19th century and her dependence on source book, The sentences and educations of the great philosophes. The reflection of Lomnicky's life has been changing very fast and dramatically, I have tried to find out reasons of peremptory changes.
Priorities of EU sport policy and funding for sports

Title: Priorities of EU sport policy and funding for sports Objectives: The main objective is to describe the existing methods and the resulting possibilities for the sport funding EU-level scheme. This will result in presenting a comprehensive and clear picture of all EU funding mechanisms that could be beneficial for sports. The thesis also aims to describe the issue in the context of the EU sport policy priorities development and give an overview of the Council and Commission sport-related policy activities. Methods: In this thesis, a method of analysis of legislative and non- legislative texts was used. Other documents examined were further relevant studies, publications and strategic texts. A method of synthesis was also used when the partial information gathered during the relevant meetings of Council formations, conferences and seminars was formed into a comprehensive text. Results: The result is a text that captures the development of EU sport policy priorities and offers specific recommendations for area of sports that derive from the acquired information and from analysis of EU funding schemes. Legislative Process in the European Union: European Citizens' Initiative

This thesis is embedded in the theoretical approach of multilevel governance and presumption of the rational behaviour of actors. Using the method of process tracing it aims to uncover the legislative process in the European Union. It is a single case study and as a case was chosen the negotiation of the regulation of the citizens' initiative. Various actors were involved in the negotiations, this thesis focuses on the main one - European Commission, European Parliament, the Council, interest organisations and national parliaments. The thesis presumed, that all actors will try to push through their interests based on their rational choice. This presumption was verified, although the success rate of the players varied a lot. As the most successful should be considered the European Parliament, who defended the interests of the individuals and the Council, which apparently represented the interests of the governments of the member states (especially in the issues of lowering the bureaucratic burden). The interest organisations showed their positions clearly, however the Commission did not take their positions much into account while preparing the draft regulation. The main goal of this thesis named Municipal self-government in the Czech Republic (illustrated on the example of Kralupy nad Vltavou City) is to process and summarize the framework of municipal function in both theoretical and practical way. Also, it is shown how to use the knowledge for didactic purposes. Therefore the thesis is divided into the theoretical, practical and didactic part. The theory answers the questions such as What is self-government? By whom is it executed and where? How is it controlled? The practical part continuously uses collected information and shows how each of self-government aspects works in concrete example of Kralupy nad Vltavou City. The third part is focused on how to apply this issue in teacher training.
Application of the Theory of Coalitions in the Formation of Regional Councils in the Czech Republic after Elections in 2008 and 2012

This diploma thesis "Application of the theory of the process of forming coalitions of regional councils in the Czech Republic after the elections in 2008 and 2012" discusses the process of establishing regional coalitions in the region of the South Moravian and the Central Bohemia. The aim is to answer the question of what form of the regional coalitions formed during the regional elections. Furthermore, I was describe how did the process of establishing regional coalitions and what were the key factors, that decide the outcome of negotiations. For these reasons, this thesis analyzed the official declaration of election programs, performances by regional politicians in political or public debate. The intention of this thesis is through the use of a theoretical framework and analysis of documents, describe in detail the development process, which was formed coalition and identify possible strategies of individual actors. Faults affecting the success of nursery schools management

The thesis concerns itself with the identification of common faults in school management with special focus on nursery schools. It compares the findings from literature with personal experience of selected nursery school headmasters. Its main objectives are to define the areas of high risk potential for mistake genesis and to find appropriate recommendations as to how to approach these faults. General perception of the found risk factors, and ways to approach them was subsequently verified in a survey. Lessons drawn from the faults should be perceived positively as a way to success and development. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In practical part six interviews with nursery school headmasters were carried out and more than one hundred and twenty statements in the form of a questionnaire were obtained. A summarizing result of both parts of the thesis is a set of advice for beginner headmasters.
