Public awareness about the issue of hemorrhoids

v anglickém jazyce Hemorrhoids, defined as dilated vascular plexus in rectum and anus, is a disease that affects significant and diverse part of population. This disease is caused mainly by unhealthy and sedentary lifestyle, which is typical for many people these days. Every individual can either prevent or change most of the factors contributing to the emergence of this disease by altering his or her lifestyle. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine whether the general public is informed about the problems of hemorrhoids or not. The theoretical part focuses on the knowledge concerning the disease hemorrhoids, its historical evolution, anatomy, symptoms, causes, diagnosis, complications, treatment and nursing care after hemorrhoidectomy. The conclusion of this part deals with the prevention of hemorrhoids and education. The empirical part of the thesis includes a quantitative research, which was implemented by questionnaire survey. The goal was to examine whether respondents are informed about the problems of hemorrhoids, if they follow preventive procedures and how do they apply these elements in everyday life. Problems of Assistance Services for Students with Autism Spectrum Disorders from Different Points of View

This thesis concerns itself with assistance services for students with autistic disorders from different points of view. The number of diagnosed autistic students has risen throughout the past few years. Czech education system tries to integrate and educate these students who has special education needs and uses the assistance services to do that. The author describes this topic from law point of view and differentiates between two functions: a personal assistant and and assistant educator, focusing mainly on the latter. Since January the 1st of 2005, when the new schooling law come into effect, the number of assistant educators grown rapidly, yet the implementation of their activity is not without issues so notable obstacles in autist education arise. By means of semi-structured interviews with the main persons involved (parent, teacher, school headmaster, assistent educator, consulting facility representative) identifies the problematic areas, which she subsequently interprets individually for each person involved as well as for the whole group and describes the main problems mentioned by more than one party. Financing of football club FC Háje Jižní Město

Title: Financing of football club FC Háje Jižní Město Target: The target of this bachelor work is to introduce the activity and functioning of the football club, to describe specific problems and provide with a analysis financing FC Háje Jižní Město. The work should provide deep information not only about the club, its running and functioning, but also some general information about non-profit organizations in Czech Republic. The results that analysis will bring, will set out proposals to improve the financing of the club. Methods: When creating this bachelor work two research methods were used. The first method is a descriptive analysis of internal documents FC Háje Jižní Město. The sekond method was an interview. The interview was chosen to be an informal one. The informal interview was conducted with the director of operations of FC Háje Jižní Město Janem Horníkem. Results: The results obtained from the analysis should explain the issues of financing FC Háje Jižní Město. The results should present the current situation of the club and show weaknesses in the financing. The issue of life imprisonment

The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the life imprisonment and answer basic questions related to issue of this criminal sanction. It is necessary to study the life imprisonment from the perspective of the criminal law, but in the light of psychological and social aspects that are connected with the long-term imprisonment. The thesis is composed of six main chapters, which are divided into different subchapters. Each of these chapters is dedicated to several aspects of life imprisonment and this work is trying to give a global view of the life imprisonment. The Introduction is followed by Chapter One which defines the term and purpose of the punishment. This Chapter presents the history of the evolution of the punishment. This work describes development of the concept of the punishment from retribution and frighten to the modern comprehension that respects human rights and liberties. The work is pointing out the example of the remarkable Italian scientist Cesare Beccaria, who came with the modern comprehension of the punishment in the era of the Enlightenment. v anglickém jazyce This diploma work deals with problems of offenderś personality from the criminological point of view.The first chapter explains primary terms which are necessary for understanding of given matter,here after I introduce the state of crime -rate in the Czech Republic during the period of 2006-2009 and constitution of offenders from the age and sex point of view. In the fifth chapter I introduce one of many offender typologies. After that I concentrated on the criminality of youth,its specification,state and structure.The eighth chapter deals with prevention, its meaning and kinds of preventive measures.

Na specifické příčiny vzniku tohoto problému, které jsou ovlivňovány působením společnosti, výchovou v rodině a osobností každého jedince. Vnímání veřejností tohoto problému a jaké jsou shledány možnosti prevence, jak na problematiku nahlížejí učitelé a rodiče. Tyto aspekty jsou obsahem teoretické části bakalářské práce. Obsahem empirické části jsou rozhovory s uchazeči a zjišťování postoje společnosti ke kriminalitě. Přiblížení jednoho konkrétního případu brutální kriminality, spáchaný mládeží v ČR. Kde jsou společností viděny rizika a jaké jsou možnosti prevence.

The issue of mentoring patients with degenerative diseases of the spine for autotherapy for long-term kinezioterapeutical plan

This bachelor thesis focuses on instructing the patients with a degenerative disease of the spine for autotherapy from the kinesiotherapeutic long-term plan point of view. The right instruction for autotherapy is one of the most fundamental elements not only due to its correct understanding, but most importantly for the right home exercising. Unless the exercises are done correctly, a patient's conditions may worsen, which we need to avoid. In the theoretical part individual anatomic structures of the axial system are described, including vertebrae and their interconnection and of course the spinal muscular components, greatly contributing to both the static and dynamic stability necessary for all forms of motion. Then, there are the most frequently occurring degenerative diseases of the spine and their diagnosis possibilities mentioned here. In the next part different ways of treatment are described. The main treatment for the degenerative diseases of the spine is a conservative treatment involving variety of methods and concepts in terms of physiotherapy. In case this treatment is not successful, a surgical treatment comes into effect, which does not yet guarantee a 100% positive result beforehand. In that case we are talking about the so-called failed back surgery syndrom caused by a number of factors, and thus the treatment is not clearly defined. Apart from its therapy the main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of the variety of ways of instructing patients because there are many approaches through which it is possible to instruct patients on dong exercises at home. For my thesis I chose three options, which are a verbal instruction, an instruction according to pictures and a video instruction. To achieve the aim, the qualitative method of data collection was used. The sample group consists of three patients with a generative disease of the spine. In the practical part based on the initial kinesiology examination I, besides the therapy, deal with the patients instructions on autotherapy and I assess their efficiency. During the therapy each patient was informed about a few possibilities of the instructions which they should subsequently follow when exercising at home. During the first visit an initial kinesiology analysis was conducted. The second visit included the therapy and an oral instruction on how to do the exercises. These instructions and exercises were the same at the third visit. The fourth as well as the fifth session was finished with the instructions for autotherapy through pictures. The sixth and the seventh session involved video instructions. At the end of each session every patient demonstrated the assigned exercises which were being corrected at the same time. During the final therapy session the output kinesiology analysis was performed and the success of the therapy was assessed. Simultaneously an uninstructed interview was conducted with each patient in which the patients expressed their subjective opinion on the executed therapy and the ways of the instructions. All the patients state the most appropriate instruction was the audio instruction because of its simplicity and clarity.

ICT Outsourcing to the People's Republic of China

This work contributes to the theme of ICT outsourcing to PRC. It brings main themes of contemporal chinese economy and society which can enter outsourcing relation and influence it positively or negatively. These complex themes are presented with cultural, socioeconomic and historic relations. Thereof brings the framework for outsourcing to PRC. Themes, problems and opportunities of ICT outsourcing to PRC are based in research of international and local literature as well as own research in enterprise practice. First part of the work deals with term definition and description of ICT market in China. It brings the goal of this work, specify structure, and mentions important information regarding transcription of chinese characters in roman alphabet. Second part specify drivers and risks of outsourcing relations to PRC according to contemporal theories of respected academic authorities. It localise these theories to chinese reality based on statistical reading of international institutions. Third and fourth part deals with problematic of outsourcing relations based on relation lifecycle and case study. He lifecycle comes from MMDIS methodics and is supplemented with problems defined by international literature research. Case study is based on qualitative research and questioning of HP Enterprise Services employees. This part brings new views not included in literature and enrich this work. Fifth part deals with description of typical outsourcing relations. It assess it's suitability for outsourcing to PRC. Assessment is based on the facts and information in previous parts. The final part brings the framework for ICT outsourcing to PRC. It respect facts mentioned in previous parts. Based on that it defines the procedure, roles and documents which are suitable during outsourcing process.
