Práce se zabývá problematikou asistenčních služeb u žáků s poruchami autistického spektra a to z pohledu různých aktérů. Počet diagnostikovaných autistických žáků v posledních letech stále narůstá. České školství se snaží o začleňování a kvalitní vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, k čemuž je využíváno právě asistentských služeb. Autorka téma legislativně ukotvuje a odlišuje funkci osobního asistenta a asistenta pedagoga, přičemž se podrobně zaměřuje na druhého jmenovaného. Od 1. ledna 2005, kdy nabyl účinnosti nový školský zákon, dochází k rapidnímu zvýšení počtu zřízených funkcí asistenta pedagoga, implementace jejich činnosti však není bezproblémová a vyskytují se tak významné překážky ve vzdělávání autistů. Prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s primárními aktéry (rodič, učitel, ředitel, asistent pedagoga, představitel poradenského zařízení) identifikuje problémové oblasti, které následně interpretuje jak pro každého aktéra jednotlivě, tak poskytuje obrázek i o nejpalčivějších problémech zmiňovaných více komunikačními partnery zároveň. Odhaluje tak problémy ve financování, požadavcích na výkon funkce, zřízení funkce, náplni práce, interpersonálních vztazích a diagnostice, tedy nedostatky legislativní, metodické i jiné povahy. This thesis concerns itself with assistance services for students with autistic disorders from different points of view. The number of diagnosed autistic students has risen throughout the past few years. Czech education system tries to integrate and educate these students who has special education needs and uses the assistance services to do that. The author describes this topic from law point of view and differentiates between two functions: a personal assistant and and assistant educator, focusing mainly on the latter. Since January the 1st of 2005, when the new schooling law come into effect, the number of assistant educators grown rapidly, yet the implementation of their activity is not without issues so notable obstacles in autist education arise. By means of semi-structured interviews with the main persons involved (parent, teacher, school headmaster, assistent educator, consulting facility representative) identifies the problematic areas, which she subsequently interprets individually for each person involved as well as for the whole group and describes the main problems mentioned by more than one party. Problems in financing, job requirements, interpersonal relations and diagnostics are discovered. That is legislative, methodical and other problems
