The thesis deals with non-financial remuneration of teachers in pre-primary education . The introductory part is devoted to a general definition of basic concepts, the theory of human resources and remuneration. The next section is characterized by financial and non-financial forms of remuneration . There are specified the different types of rewards . The final section analyzes the choice of the most efficient and preferred forms of non-financial reward teaching staff of pre-primary education . It compares the views and preferences of headmasters and teachers. Children's Library in kindergartens: possibilities, limits and challenges

My dissertation comes out of claim that the exploitation of library for children in kindergarten isn't systematically processed. But, it is apparent, acording international research (PIRLS, PISA), that the existence of library for children has positive influence to the development of reading literacy. The objective of my dissertation was the charting of the role of libraries for children in kindergarten. The dissertation were finding out how the library for children are used in kindergartens. What we need to build up to the functional library was the next topic of my dissertation. Both main topics were examinated in qualitative research. I used the design of case studying. I closely charted three cases of kindergarten where the library for children is used. It is needed to add relevant literature, interactive books and attractive books (inside and ouside). This way brings perfect and full using of library. Apart of this, it is the same with the appearence of the library. It is essential to captivate with attractive and nice appearence by children and adults too. Role of the state related to private institutions providing care for preschool children

The aim of this thesis is to determine conditions in which are private kindergartens in the Czech Republic founded and kept. What sorts of problem can meet founders of those institutions and how is nowadays situation judged by experts from different areas connected with the topic. A private kindergarten is an alternative to state one and in these days, where is high demand for place in kindergartens, this alternative is widely used. Information obtained from interviews revealed several problem situations. Founders of private kindergartens find the major problem in illogical legislation, mostly in area of hygiene demands. During questioning the author came across some differences in answers, which were connected with interpreting of laws and disunited attitude from state institutions. Interviews with experts revealed reasons for the different attitude when speaking about private kindergartens, which is caused by two factors. Firstly it is a mistake in Czech legislation, when current laws partly obstruct hygiene administration from controlling existing or newly established institutions for collective childcare. The aim of my thesis is the remuneration of teaching staff in pre-primary education. Remuneration is a part of personnel activities in the organization, so in the introduction of the theoretical part I deal with the general definition of basic terms relating to human resources and personnel work in organizations and here I outline the development and changes in human resources. In the next part of the theory I devote myself mainly to the most important personnel activity, which is remuneration. In addition to describing the basic concepts, the individual forms of remuneration are characterized in detail, both financial and non-financial. In my diploma thesis I deal with them more specifically at the level of pre-primary education and I also describe here the personal activities of the headmistress in kindergarten. The final part deals with the research, whose aim was to map the situation in the area of remuneration and subsequent satisfaction with remuneration, financial and non-financial. The survey was conducted in the form of questionnaires for teaching staff and interviews with two headmistress of kindergartens. The diploma thesis deals with the director's function in pre-primary education. The aim of the diplom thesis is to analyze and evaluate processes and management in the concept of preschool education, emphasizing the role of the headmaster of the kindergarten as the governing body responsible for the quality of educational processes. The preschool headmaster works closely with other pedagogical staff and deputy directors whose functions are also mentioned, here. The pedagogical staff are indispensable in the educational process of the school. The concept of pre-primary education is characterized in the theoretical part by its legislation. It focuses on the work activities of pedagogical staff - teachers, deputy director and director. It introduces the functions of the kindergarten, represents individual activities in kindergarten mode and mentions the obligatory documentation, which is necessary for the functioning of preschool organization. It explains the management within the studied field and describes the individual management processes and functions.
