The goal is to collect information and subsequently organise and interpret them in relation to the given topic. The thesis is not of the experimental type, it is rather a descriptive work and its structure is not connected to hypotheses and neither is it asking any scientific questions. Results: The results of this thesis are presented in the form of generally applicable recommendations in relation to the issues dealt with that is the stage games. That became the base of the proposal of a factual stage game called "The rescue of the planet" which was put into practice in April 2015. On account of sufficient literature directions for formation of a stage game was compiled. Keywords: stage, preparation, summer camp, script, organising

ABSTRAKT: The main subject of this thesis is focused on preparation of taxidermal mounts with use of mammal bones and skins and their use as teaching aids. The target group are school children both of elementary and secondary schools. The thesis describes methods of bone preservation and cleaning, skin tanning and preparation of taxidermal mounts. I deal in it also with preparation of large vertebrates' skulls and preparation of taxidermal mounts. The procedures are described in details and the following chapters include photos of dissections made by me. Preparation of 4 bird and 6 mammal species is described. For each description, search of recent literature and PowerPoint presentation is included. KEYWORDS: preparation, taxidermal mounts, skin, vertebrates' skulls
The preparation of women floorball referees to preside over professional competitions.
Jaucová, Adéla ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Kočíb, Tomáš (referee)
Title: The preparation of women floorball referees to preside over professional competitions. Objectives: The main objective of this work is to introduce the reader into the preparation of women floorball referees to preside over professional competitions and then compare with practice. This will provide some guidance for the referees how to proceed in the preparation of the presiding of partial match, as well as for the overall pre-season training. In the research part of this paper will be evaluated the questionnaire survey, whose aim should be the assessment of the current state of preparation of women referees in the Czech Republic and abroad. Methods: This work is based on a literature review of scientific books, articles, and relevant Internet resources. Additional information was drawn from my own experiences and the experiences of colleagues from which is also based the survey. List of respondents of the questionnaire survey was considerably limited because of the overall low number of referees, who preside and can preside the matches of higher competitions, and all the more so as regards women. The questionnaire was completed by 32 Czech referees (5 women) and 14 foreign referees (3 women). Results: It was found that the most of the top active referees do not have any special physical...
Problem of Preparation for Baptism

The aim of this thesis is to collect, sort and describe the information about how to prepare for baptism. Another aim of the work is find a possible offer for the formation model of preparation for baptism currently, applicable to all can-didates for baptism. In the first part of this thesis are Described the various themes of baptism. Further is Described difference between the baptism of child and adult baptism. Voice Technique of the Teacher at Primary School
Vodová, Daniela ; Svobodová, Radmila (advisor) ; Marušák, Radek (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with voice technique of teachers at primary school. The first, theoretical part, concerns the importance of voice, describes individual parts of the voice system, the speech emergence and its development. It focuses on teachers' (as they are expected to be the vocal professionals) voice preparation. This text considers teachers to be the competent people/voice professionals with general as well as specific skills and knowledge, it is related to voice techniques. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with voice disorders and vocal hygiene. The practical part is focused on teachers' particular knowledge and skills in the field of voice training - it is explored how they influence the quality of teachers' speech expression. The questionnaire survey proved that higher level of the named specific skills and knowledge is connected with lower occurrence of teachers' voice disorders (H1). The next two hypotheses were not confirmed: Teachers, who passed through voice training, don't suffer with less voice problems than teachers (H2), who were educated in this field; neither keeping the rules of voice hygiene influences less voice disorder occurrence of teachers at the primary school (H3).
Winter condition preparation in football club TJ Novoměstský Kladno
Bureš, Martin ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Česák, Petr (referee)
The gist of this work is to perform the analysis and improvement of fitness assumptions in particular arcade game (10-15 min. before the end of the first half) in TJ Novoměstský Football Club Kladno. For data collection, we used functional laboratory measurements, for that we selected 5 players from TJ Novoměstský Football Club which participated in Kladno before winter preparation and after preparation. Winter training was conducted by specially compiled training plan which we consulted with a trainer PF and which had the purpose of improving the fitness of all assumptions and is written in the work. The result of the study was to improve the fitness assumptions (especially endurance) of all participants, which is a prerequisite for us to improve the game in the end of the first half. Keywords: condition, preparation, training, endurance
Production of Preparation Prototype Using Additive Method of Fused Deposition Modelling
Sedláček, Milan ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the production of a product using the increasingly popular additive technologies Rapid Prototyping. The theoretical section explained the very rapid prototyping technology and its application in various sectors. There were also mentioned different materials to use for 3D printing and actual printing method. The practical part was focused on the prototype modeling in SolidWorks CAD software and the subsequent production of elements of the 3D printer uPrint, using additive method Fused Deposition Modeling. In the conclusion, there is the evaluation of prototype production and also cost comparison using alternative materials.
Design and Sterss Analysis of the Assambling Device for Stationary Assembling of the Injection Molding Machine Closing Unit
Kecík, Samuel ; Hrstka, Miroslav (referee) ; Lošák, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with design and strength control of the assembly for stationary moun-ting of carts of the linear guide of the injection molding unit. The proposed preparationhas several conditions such as a rigid construction, the smallest size, and versatility for allsizes of close units. Stress analysis is solved analytically by the use of a beam theory withneglecting its own weight of beam. At the end is a comparison of the calculation using finiteelement method in ANSYS Workbench.
Zoological preparation techniques in school practice
Odcházelová, Tereza ; Mourek, Jan (advisor) ; Šíma, Petr (referee)
This thesis consists of description of chosen methods of permanent macroscopic zoological preparations. I verified successfully all the methods in practice and in case of methodological difficulties I optimized them for use in the school environment. In this work I answered the questions that could come up throughout the preparation process, for example: how to preserve the animal correctly; where to acquire the animal legally; what is the best way to maintain the animal's natural colour; what materials to use for the preparation and so on. According to current approaches I created not only a text based version of the manual of all verified preparation methods, but also an online version in form of a web site. To clarify the methods I included video sequences, photographs and schemes. With this e- learning course a teacher will be able to extend the school collection with his own preparations and also will be able to recognize what significant characteristics to point out. As a part of my work I have done a questionnaire focused on using various types of equipment in biology lectures. I have asked primary school teachers and high school teachers from all regions in the Czech Republic. This questionnaire was sent online and 322 out of 1636 people responded. The answers tell us that teachers...
