Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom a pevnostnou kontrolou montážneho prípravku pre stacionárnu montáž vozíkov lineárneho vedenia uzatváracej jednotky vstrekolisu. Navrhovaný prípravok musí spĺňať určité podmienky, ako pevná konštrukcia, čo najmenšia veľkosť, univerzálnosť na všetky veľkosti uzatváracích jednotiek. Napäťová analýza je riešená analyticky pomocou prútovej teórie so zanedbaním vlastnej tiaže prútov. V závere práce je porovnanie výpočtu pomocou metódy konečných prvkov v programe ANSYS Workbench. Bachelor thesis deals with design and strength control of the assembly for stationary moun-ting of carts of the linear guide of the injection molding unit. The proposed preparationhas several conditions such as a rigid construction, the smallest size, and versatility for allsizes of close units. Stress analysis is solved analytically by the use of a beam theory withneglecting its own weight of beam. At the end is a comparison of the calculation using finiteelement method in ANSYS Workbench.
