Název: Příprava ženských florbalových rozhodčích na řízení vrcholových soutěží Cíle: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření dokumentu, který reflektuje aktuální stav přípravy ženských florbalových rozhodčích na řízení vrcholových soutěží v praxi. Vznikne tak určitý návod pro samotné rozhodčí, jak postupovat při přípravě na řízení dílčího utkání, tak i pro celkovou předsezónní přípravu. Ve výzkumné části této bakalářské práce bude vyhodnocena anketa, zaměřená na aktuální stav přípravy ženských rozhodčích v České republice i v zahraničí. Metody: Tato práce se zakládá na literární rešerši odborných knih, článků a relevantních internetových zdrojů. Další informace byly čerpány z vlastních zkušeností a zkušeností kolegů. Soubor respondentů pro anketu byl značně omezen vzhledem k celkově nízkému počtu rozhodčích, kteří řídí a mohou řídit utkání vyšších soutěží. Anketu vyplnilo 32 českých rozhodčích (5 žen) a 14 zahraničních rozhodčích (3 ženy). Výsledky: Bylo zjištěno, že většina vrcholově působících rozhodčích se na utkání nijak speciálně fyzicky nepřipravuje. Jejich fyzická příprava probíhá kontinuálně během celého roku nebo spolu s florbalovými týmy během jejich letních příprav. Většina rozhodčích dělá tuto činnost dobrovolně, z lásky ke sportu, mnozí jsou také stále aktivní hráči. Rozhodčí se... Title: The preparation of women floorball referees to preside over professional competitions. Objectives: The main objective of this work is to introduce the reader into the preparation of women floorball referees to preside over professional competitions and then compare with practice. This will provide some guidance for the referees how to proceed in the preparation of the presiding of partial match, as well as for the overall pre-season training. In the research part of this paper will be evaluated the questionnaire survey, whose aim should be the assessment of the current state of preparation of women referees in the Czech Republic and abroad. Methods: This work is based on a literature review of scientific books, articles, and relevant Internet resources. Additional information was drawn from my own experiences and the experiences of colleagues from which is also based the survey. List of respondents of the questionnaire survey was considerably limited because of the overall low number of referees, who preside and can preside the matches of higher competitions, and all the more so as regards women.
