Mobile App for Chore Management in Shared Living

Bachelor's thesis describes the design and implementation of mobile application for core management in shared living. The application is targeted to the Android mobile platform. It focuses on the user interface and for the most functions uses internet access. The user may effectively add new works and share them with a certain group. The first part of this thesis focuses on thearchitecture and components of the operation system Android. The following parts are dedicated to the analysis, design and implementation. The thesis also describes the testing of the resulting solution.The final part is dedicated to evaluation of the application and possibilities for further development.

This thesis is compiled on the Cloud computing and its introduction in the small and medium enterprises and evaluation of its connection to the up-coming tech-nologies and chosen factors connected to the operations management with the stress on costs. Cloud computing shows strong benefits for the business. The study of selected model company showed that it is justified for a company to con-sider the technology, however, it might not be applicable for all kinds of small and medium enterprises.

Protection of a child's work

Despite humanity's considerable efforts to stop it child labour remains a global problem. In the international context child labour means the labour of persons younger than 15 years. Despite all the activities of the International Labour Organization (ILO), UN, European Community, UNICEF and other international and national institutions child labour was not completely swept away. Efforts to abolish child labour date back to 1919 when the first meeting of the International Labour Conference was held where, similarly to the following two meetings, convention concerning minimum age for admission to employment were adopted. Its content has been gradually revised and it has eventually been replaced by Convention No. 138 which was included among the ILO's eight priority conventions. Nevertheless it is not possible to argue that child labour is the problem exclusive to the "third world" countries. Although the Labour Code prohibits labour of children under 15 years of age, we can encounter children performing in theatres, films, commercials, modelling, earning extra money at gas stations or distributing leaflets on a daily basis in Czech Republic. Work-life balance

Thesis focuses the topic of work-life balance in the context of psychology connecting the knowledge and practices of the applied field of work and organizational psychology. The theoretical part is devoted to defining work-life balance while considering the variability of psychological aspects considering the topic. It also characterizes selected areas of work-life balance, summarizes individual personality, developmental and social determinants that were in relation to the work-life balance research proved. Subsequently, attention is moved to the particular tools and strategies which can be useful in achieving or sustaining work-life balance, considering two basic levels. On the one hand, considering individual personal level in achieving balance of individual and on the other hand, the strategies and tools provided by organization leading to the work-life balance. The second part presents a proposal for a research project that aims is to track the relationship between the amount of time devoted to selected areas in the life of an individual, quality of spending time in terms of overall satisfaction and perceived fullness and desire or openness to change in individual's life in selected areas in the perceived work-life balance. The Cosmological Education by E. Fink

This thesis "The Cosmological Education by E. Fink" represents modified and extended text of the publication (2018), which was the result of the grant project GA UK. Through commented translations of the excerpts of Fink's books, parts of his diaries, unpublished notes from his written inheritance, stored in the University archive in Freiburg, this thesis aims to bring new perspective and to provoke discussion about his cosmological philosophy as a possible way of the future social self-development in the nihilistic era. The cosmological philosophy of education shows Fink, the best former student and assistant of the founder of phenomenology, Edmund Husserl, in a quite surprising light - as a radical thinker of Nietzsche's philosophical and educational legacy. Fink knowingly departs from husserlian phenomenology, what is closer described here in the additional chapter dedicated to the problem of technique, science and work. The method of the research intuitively seeks and critically reflects Fink's own way of thinking about the problem of education, which is inseparable from his constant dialogue with the history of philosophy, necessity of the revaluation of the metaphysical bounds and consecutive understanding of a man as ens cosmologicum, what reflects also the structure of the thesis. The Quantification of Biomechanical Consequences of Monotonous Sedentary Work to the Axial System

Thesis Title: The Quantification of Biomechanical Consequences of Monotonous Sedentary Work to the Axial System Thesis Goals: The goal of the Diploma Thesis is to assess the impact of sedentary work position on the axial system and to find out what changes in biomechanical properties occur specifically in the spine after the specific monotonous eight hours lasting load. Method: Five probands were exposed to diagnostic vibrations of the TVS method (transfer vibration through the spine) before performing eight hours monotonous sedentary work and after it. The examined feature was the ability of the axial system to dampen vibrations spread throughout the spine. Dampening reactions of individual segments were compared to each other before and after the performance of work. Results: The TVS method applied at work has proven its adequacy in the provision of information on resonance frequencies and on the overall attenuation of the spine with sufficient accuracy so that the impact to the axial system after completing the work performance was clearly identifiable. When comparing the frequency dependence and overall attenuation of individual probands we have found that the overall attenuation of the spine increased in all examined individuals.
