This bachelor´s thesis describes the design solution of the centripetal headbox screen operating in approach flow system of paper machine. The introductory section describes the basic differences and comparisons between centrifugal and centripetal concepts. The main part focuses on the description of an original design solutions centripetal headbox screen which includes the design of the belt drive, strength check of shaft, design of bearings, a work and the outlet chamber.

Economic and social consequences of the trasnfer of Germans on the area of South Bohemia in years 1945-1955

Transfer of the Germans is the largest, human caused migration process in history of Czech Republic. This bachelor thesis examines economic and social consequences of the transfer, during the years 1945-1955, with the focus on the South Bohemia. The aim of this work is to concretize and evaluate social and economic consequences. Theoretical part of this work describes Czech-German cohabitation from the age of The First Republic, including approval, process and quantification of the transfer that ended it. Analytical part describes the social consequences on the examples of colonizing the chosen villages economic consequences are described by the case study of chosen concerns. Colonization objective was, during years 1945-1955, fulfilled in the district towns and Větřní, not in the smaller villages near the border. The impact on the studied companies was the reduction of the number of employees, but the consequences had different outcomes, because of the different solutions provided.

Valuation of the company KRPA PAPER, a.s.

The subject of the thesis is the market value of the company KRPA PAPER, a.s. as of December 31st, 2014. The aim of the thesis is an aplication of teoretical knowledge in a particular example. The purpose is to determine the net market value of the company. The thesis is divided into chapters which represent the typical phases of the valuation of a company. At the beginning of each chapter there is a brief description of its purpose in a business valuation. In the introduction part the basic aspects of the valuation are described. The financial and strategic analysis, the value drivers, the financial plan and the valuation chapters follow. For the valuation itself the DCF Entity method is used. The discount on the entity level is applied.

Financial analysis of the company MWV Svitavy s. r. o.

This bachelor thesis focuses on financial analysis of the company MeadWestvaco (MWV) Svitavy s. r. o. in the accounting period 2008--2012. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes basic methods and definitions of financial analysis that are applied in the practical part of thesis later. The practical part starts with the introduction of the company. Next specification of financial economy in Czech paper industry are shortly outlined. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to perform financial analysis and evaluate financial health of the company MWV Svitavy s. r. o. An intercompany comparison of selected pointers (marks) of financial analysis in concern MWV in Europe is made in this thesis. Also there is comparison with average values of the paper industry in the Czech Republic. In conclusion the final ratings and recommendations for future financial management MWV Svitavy s. r. o. are stated.

Induktional Path the village Větřní surrounding.

This bachelors work introduces the proposal of inductional path village Větřní (region Český Krumlov) about. The preface (charter 1) defines the object of this work, also it respects presumptions and conditions in accordence with intention of this path. As well it explains the structure and general notion of the work. The discution with literature (charter 2) deals with already published vocational literature. Third charter includes theoretic outline of the problem observed. In the work used methods (4) were included within. It intends farther topic specification of this path. The characteristic of the area of interest succeeds. Then perform its analysis (recognition), analysis of most significant objects and convenient solution (of the path). Chapter 7 presents the one's own proposal of the instruktional path inclusive of the calculation with expenses, its proper realization and proximity to potency for didactic ability for schools. Last chapter (8) closes the work. The mass end. In addition to one's own work are attached: selected map parts, tables and wide photodocumentation.

Manuál vychází z jednoduchého blokového schématu projektu čistší produkce a prezentuje obvykle používané metody a postupy pro naplnění jednotlivých kroků. Jako zdroj externích informací pro projekt prevence je uvedena databáze preventivních opatření, jejíž základ pro textilní a papírenský průmysl, povrchové úpravy kovů a nakládání s autovraky se vytváří v rámci studie pro MŽP. Jeho pracovní verze je dostupná v elektronické podobě na www.cpc.cz. Manuál vychází z jednoduchého blokového schématu a projektu čistší produkce a prezentuje obvykle používané metodiky a postupy pro naplnění jednotlivých kroků: Krok I. Stanovení cíle a strategie projektu. Krok II. Vazba na environmentální politiku a plán odpadového hospodářství. Krok III. Rozhodnutí o dalším kroku podle postupu při stanovení cíle a strategie projektu. Krok IV. Vstup externích informací. Krok V. Návrh preventivních opatření včetně interní recyklace a výběr optimálního opatření. Krok VI. Externí recyklace. Krok VII. Odstranění odpadu.
