Optimization of the process of pressing balls into the injector body

This thesis is focused on a pressing station as a part of the assembly line in the Bosch Diesel plant in Jihlava. The station provides sealing of a hole in the injector body by ball pressing in. By using several tests the thesis finds out a reason of large amount of waste pieces, checks how can pressing-speed change or lubricant change infuence the pressing process itself and compares capabilities of hydrolic vs. electric pressing machine.
Analysis of state of stress in press and shrink fits

This thesis is focused on calculation of overlap in press fit depending on vield strength. There are used methods of analytic elasticity. The counted values are implemented into the technologic process as updated technologic specification. The practical values of overlap depend on exactness of available technology. The evaluation is done at the end of thesis (economic evaluation as well)
Overlaps of Theathre photography: The Phenomenon of Slam Poetry

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to capture the atmosphere of the Czech slam poetry scene and the essence of this young and increasingly popular genre, which is based on the interaction between the artist and his audience. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is a photobook titled Slam poetry: Beyond the limits of poetry. It introduces the genre of Slam poetry through authentic moments from Czech exhibitions, backstage and workshops at school workshops. Furthermore, it also brings personal stories of artists and refer to the creative process of slam texts themselves. The theoretical part aims to describe the specific photographic elements, which are used during the photobook production. It explains the characteristics approaches to theatre photography and focuses on its well-known authors, especially in the Czech environment. It also looks for the overreach of this type of artistic photography into the social sphere through the introduction of photography of subcultures connected with a particular artistic genre. It introduces the phenomenon of slam poetry from its origins through the international and domestic scene to its influence on primary and secondary school education.
Transcending and its meaning for the socialization and formation process of child's personality

The submitted interdisciplinary dissertation on (outreach) transcendence of the child contains two parts: theoretical and empirical one. The theoretical part analyzes this concept in terms of linguistics, philosophy of education, psychology and religious pedagogy which implies conclusions for education. It also examines the concept of an ideal homo transcendens about which we can speak of a paradoxical and typological significance. In addition to this, the work reflects the care of overlap educators, child and curriculum. The empirical part of this work presents two pre surveys: One on children, the other on adults and children. Here is also presented methodology ready for transcendence term and it has its own specifics in a group interview based on two fictional stories. Qualitative research results are presented in four units: hermeneutical, socializing, emotional- attitudinal and empowermantal. Overlap as part of the education turnover to a child is related to the child together with the turnover in the child and the teacher. Journey - Mountain to circumvention

This thesis presents my personal view of the art and the world around us. Primary issue is the understanding of life and art as a journey and an infinite search. Based on this perspective, the specific topics like art, forms and means of expression, symbolism, concept of a journey, time and work of different artists are being surveyed both generally and specifically. Through the survey of those topics, connections and coherences are being found. This thesis also consists of an analysis of my own art work (painting) and my didactic praxis together with a subject of didactics. The elements of contemplation penetrate the entire thesis.

Paideia, episteme, techne as miscellaneous approaches to the fenomenon of education and tuition

The subject of this thesis is the concept of paideia in its broader sense of meaning {--} as a culture. The ambition of paideia as understood as a culture is to form man{\crq}s character through the centuries. It is a dynamic process that seeks to bring man to what he should ideally be. The author describes Greek culture as aiming toward an ideal of man applying Socrates approach and Hebrew culture which is mainly reflected in the Bible. It tries to point out that both of these cultures, in spite of all the differences, have several points in common. The definition of these mutual aspects in the final part of the thesis is a starting point for more general reflection about the up to date process of upbringing.
