Analysis of employees´ satisfaction

The subject of my theses is the analysis of employees' satisfaction in a concrete company. The goal is to discover weaknesses in this area through a survey on employees' contentment and consequently creating a concept of how to improve current status in particular areas. The theoretical part includes specification of basic terms, clarifies importance of research of employees' contentment and presents results from other surveys. It also deals with particular elements of staff contentment and specifics of work in restaurant facilities. The practical part shows the application of theory into the business practice through actual research of employees' contentment in the restaurant XY. The survey focuses on employees' reflection in respect of selected areas of their work contentment. It uses a questionnaire and interview as research methods. The final output of the theses consists of recommendations and suggestions which should increase staff contentment in the chosen restaurant.
Employee motivation in ROTAREX Praha Ltd.

The Thesis deals with motivation of people in work environment. In the theoretical part, there are basic terminology concerning motivation, general theories of motivation, methods of work performance management and follow-up remuneration explained. The practical part includes an introduction of the ROTAREX Group company and a result processing from executed empiric research in its daughter company ROTAREX Praha Ltd. The personal interview with the head of human resources department and selected employees were based on questionnaire survey and concerned the work environment and employee motivation factors of the company.

This bachelor's thesis "Motivation of employees in the legal sector in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom" is focused on describing how satisfaction of working conditions and job itslef influences the motivation and performance of individual workers, as well as describing the difference of motivation between two branch offices of choosen multinational legal corporation. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical basis of motivation and describes its most signifiant theories. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, where theorethical knowledge applied in practice can be found. The impact of different factors on satisfaction and motivation of workers is examined by empirical research. The results are processed into conclusion and followed by recommendations.
Role of employee benefits in the motivation of employees at H1.cz

This bachelor thesis is focusing on an employee benefits system and its functionality. Theoretical part of the thesis specifies the human resources field as a whole, and its particular aspects, considering mainly the employee remuneration and employee benefits system. It also expands on the relationship between motivation, employee benefits and employee remuneration. The established knowledge are used in a practical part of the thesis, which has been carried out in H1 s.r.o. The company is first introduced, with both the current situation, as well as its historical development described, and the thesis then outlines the current employee benefits based on a undertaken survey and also analyses the collected data. At the end of the practical part, the recommendations and suggestions for improvements of the particular aspects of employee benefits system functioning are listed.
Education in the Czech Armed Forces with emphasis on motivation

Building on in-depth study of specialist literature, the present diploma thesis seeks to define the Czech Armed Forces' education system and determine whether the system is motivating enough for the Czech Armed Forces service personnel. The practical goal was to identify opportunities to improve academic training of employees in military organisations, for which a questionnaire survey was used to establish opinions of Czech Armed Forces service personnel on the provision of their education and academic training, their attitude on the need to study foreign languages, usability of languages in their service assignments as well as ascertaining importance of education as a motivating factor for people to join the Czech Armed Forces. The following methods were used to achieve the objectives: induction and deduction, study and analysis of texts and documents, comparison, focus groups, participant observation and interviewing. The goal set for the thesis was achieved, as has been proven by the means of established hypothesises and their verification. The methods employed ascertained that the Czech Armed Forces has a well set system of service personnel training that facilitates an effective education system management.
Employee Motivation at MARPEX s.r.o.

Since Marpex, s.r.o. has won the nationwide survey examining employee happiness and job satisfaction, the goal of this thesis is to provide a thorough analysis of employee motivation system in this company, and consequently compare it with the theoretical knowledge. Comparison brings the conclusion whether the theory is useful for practical experience. Using the questionnaire, the employee satisfaction with the motivation system in the company is reviewed and, in case of identified deficiencies, suggestions for improvement are provided. Theoretical part focuses on the generally accepted motivation theories and provides the basic overview of the most important factors influencing the employee motivation and satisfaction. Practical part analyses motivation system in Marpex, s.r.o. using the questionnaire, compares it to the theoretical knowledge and brings suggestions how to improve the problematic company areas. In conclusion, the thesis provides evaluation of the theoretical knowledge importance for the practical experience and brings recommendations to foster employee motivation.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the motivation of employees. It mainly focuses on the long-term intrinsic motivation - the engagement and the ways to achieve it. The aim is to investigate the application of these methods at the selected department. In the theoretical part of this thesis we present and explain the basic concepts and principles that lead to better utilization of human potential - most valuable asset of the company. In the second part we research the motivation level of the department by questionnaire examination. Then we present research results and recommendations to streamline the operation of the department.

The topic of the thesis is the staff motivation and benefits. The work is primary targeted at the motivation of young employees without higher education. It describes the possibilities how to motivate and reward employees according to the experts, it is researching through the questionnaire which motivators are the most preferred among the employees of the LIP distribution Ltd. and which ones are preferred in general, regardless the education, age or economical situation. It subsequently compares those results, finds conclusions and recommendations for the LIP distribution Ltd. company.

The aim of this thesis is to study the issue of employee motivation and employee benefits from a theoretical point of view and based on that perform analysis of motivation in company Sony. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical one and practical one. The theoretical part is covered in the first two chapters, which deal with the employee motivation in general and commonly offered employee benefits. Practical part is presented in the third and fourth chapters. The third chapter introduces company Sony. The fourth chapter describes the employee benefits that the company provides to its employees and primary research by means of a questionnaire in Sony Europe Limited - organizational component Czech Republic.
Analysis of students’ motivation to go for AIESEC internships

This thesis deals with motivation of students who are going for internships with AIESEC. The theoretical part introduces organization AIESEC, gathers information about topic of motivation and also describes the whole process of going for internship together with explanation of the role of coordinator for interns. The empirical part presents results from the research that was conducted to find out what was the motivation of students going for internships and also motivation of coordinators, who are directly working with interns. Both researches were based on written online questionnaires distributed to interns and coordinators. Analysis of results was followed by recommendations for improvement of work with interns and coordinators.
