Development of Business Strategy for Expansion of Company

This master´s thesis focuses on the development of a business strategy of a Czech company that produces natural probiotics and prebiotics with the aim to expand abroad. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concepts of internationalization, motives and barriers to entry, international marketing communication and strategy. The analytical part evaluates the current business strategy for the Czech Republic, selected foreign markets, competition and riskiness of foreign markets, which serves for the proposals part. In the proposals of the thesis, defines the changes and links of the business strategy, a recommended timetable for internationalization and an assessment of assumptions.
Management of Receivables within International Environment

The thesis analyses management of receivables within international environment. In the theoretical part the general characteristics of the receivables are described as well as the possibilities of their control and management from the perspective of the global company. Based on the chosen methodology, the practical part analyses the process of the credit management in a specific global company and the new process that uses a segmentation of the portfolio is proposed.
Adjustment of marketing strategy of Slovak company on the Czech market

The aim of the Diploma thesis is to find out the necessary extent to which Slovak company must adjust its marketing strategy to conditions on the Czech market and to work out proposals for improvement of the strategy. The thesis deals with basic approaches to international marketing strategy, their advantages and drawbacks, types of communication media used in international environment and the relationship between communication policy and the rest of the elements of marketing mix in detail. This theoretical knowledge is used in terms of particular company which entered the Czech market. The thesis thereinafter analyses the extent of necessary adjustment of marketing strategy of the company to conditions on the Czech market based on the information provided directly by the management of the company and conducted market research. At the end of the thesis there are proposals for improvement of the strategy of the company which do not have to be in total accordance with its company goals.
Quality of working life in an international company.

The dissertation thesis is focused on the quality of working life, its detection, measurement and mainly improvement. The topic of the thesis is solved in international companies. There are two points of view to the problem. The first one is the side of employee, because from all the sources available are employees the most important one. The second point of view is the side of employer. In the theoretical part there are mentioned factors influencing the quality of working life: work life balance, diversity management, gender stereotypes, religiosity, discrimination etc. The environment of international companies was narrowed to the Czech - Italian companies. For a better understanding the environment there are described labour markets of both countries as well as there is a comparison of both countries in the context of international indicators. The pilot and main research as well were realized in the Czech - Italian companies. The aim of the research was to fulfil the objectives of the thesis as well as to answer to the research questions and hypotheses.
Manager´s personality in international comparison

In this thesis I would like to present the differences in the work of managers in two different countries. I will focus on the opinion of managers from the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. What do they think about proffessional and personal development, and how do they approach their own development. Moreover, I will try to research, what skills and personal traits are needed in the management field. I also wanted to find out, if there is any difference between the points of view of russian and czech managers on creativity, and if the role of an international manager differs from the role of a manager not working in a multicultural environment.
Analysis of Cultural Values in an International Environment and its Influence on the Strategy of an Organisation

This diploma thesis deals with the role of cultural values in the international cooperation. Theoretical part focuses on the definition of culture, its elements, problems of multicultural teams and cultural dimensions. Practical part concentrates on the ERA, international non-profit organisation. It contains the presentation of the organisation, including its development, economic meaning, situational analysis and marketing mix. An integral part of this thesis is the research. Its objective is to obtain information about respondents' views on the organization itself, its ideas and values, and possible international and cultural barriers.

The diploma thesis has been written as an enlargement of my bachelor thesis. The fundament remained same - analysis of a company that operates in a international environment. As a added value above the bachelor thesis, I have worked on the changes that met the company since 2008 when I handed out the bachelor thesis. I have also solved the problems that the company must face to in current times and at the end I came up with proposals that could help the firm in those hard times.

Internation firm must react to various and dynamic competition. There are three parts. The employees and the satisfaction with corporate culture. The influence of American parent company to Czech subsidiary firm. The efficiency of virtual team. The exporation was made in Czech subsidiary firm that deal with information technology. There were not detect some important problems. Nevertheless, finally there were a proposal of some parts, which threaten with potential troubels.
The Analysis of the Selection of the Most Suitable Entrence Locality on the International Market

International market entrence dicision of the company was one of the most important factors for its expansion. The main goal of this thesis was the project of the most suitable process for the international market entrence and the selection of the entrence locality on the international market. Second goal was the particular localities comparison, the choice of the most suitable market locality for Jihospol, a.s. and the design of the strategy for the company next development. The posibility localities for international markets entrence was evaluated by the neighbouring countries STEP analysis. The Slovak republic market was choised as target market for Jihospol, a.s. Building works contracts as subcontracts is the most suitable form of the entrence on the Slovak republic market for Jihospol, a.s.
