V této práci porovnám názory vybraných manažerů ze dvou odlišných zemí. Soustředit se budu na názory manažerů z České republiky a Ruské federace. Na to, co si myslí o osobním a profesním rozvoji, a jakým způsobem k němu přispívají. Mimo jiné se pokusím podle respondentů prozkoumat, jaké vlastnosti a dovednosti potřebuje manažer na své pozici. Navíc jsem chtěla zjistit, jak se liší pohled na důležitost kreativity ruských a českých manažerů a jestli se role mezinárodního manažera se liší od role manažera, který nepracuje v mezinárodním prostředí. In this thesis I would like to present the differences in the work of managers in two different countries. I will focus on the opinion of managers from the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. What do they think about proffessional and personal development, and how do they approach their own development. Moreover, I will try to research, what skills and personal traits are needed in the management field. I also wanted to find out, if there is any difference between the points of view of russian and czech managers on creativity, and if the role of an international manager differs from the role of a manager not working in a multicultural environment.
