Theatrical performance in kindergarten played by students of the Faculty of Education

This bachelor thesis is devoted to theatre performances for kindergartens, which is realized by students of Faculty of Education. The thesis describes the issues of fairy tale, its development, the fundamental division and its influence on children. Together it is devoted to the dramatic education in kindergartens, its aims, principles and methods. To meet all goals, it was created the theatrical that was played in kindergartens and then using the method of experiment, situational observation and interview with educators more data for research were obtained. The resulting data served to determine the suitability of amateur theatre and to compare with professional theatre. The main finding is that amateur theatrical is better for children aged five and six years and in comparison, to professional theatre there are not enough sophisticated mimics and gesticulating speeches by actors. The results of this thesis are beneficial for pre-school pedagogy students and for nursery teachers, because the thesis gives recommendations for improvements in various areas of drama education that should be emphasized on implementation in front of children in preschool age.
Developement of storytelling skills in preschoolers with the use of short film

Engaging and attractive media content is being exposed to young children since an early age. However, the impact of the media on their development is questionable. There are certain ways how to use media in order to have a positive impact on child's development If reasonable ways of handling media are found. Bachelor thesis addresses the use of digital media, film, in a nursery and aims to develop storytelling skills in preschoolers via the use of a short film. The study concludes, that there can be detected some improvements in storytelling skills of preschoolers by means of the program with the use of short films.
Speech and Language Pathology Prevention in Topics of Class Education Program in Kindergarten

The bachelor's thesis focuses on speech therapy prevention in nursery school. The theoretical part begins with definitions of speech therapy and speech therapy prevention, including its scope and methods. The following part of the thesis defines the role of speech therapy prevention within pre-school education, specific features of this type of education, its planning and assessment. The practical part presents several topics for speech therapy prevention, which fall under five common thematic units mentioned in the class educational programme. These topics were put into practice in a nursery school located in a regional town and subsequently evaluated according to evaluation plan, which had been drawn up beforehand. This bachelor's thesis shows that speech therapy prevention can form a natural part of integrated thematic education in nursery school.
The experience of teachers and parents with the inclusion of two-year-old children in kindergarten

This work deals with the suitability of inclusion of two-year-olds in nursery schools. The first part addresses the history, various forms, and organisation of early childhood education. The next chapters deal not only with the developmental characteristics of children under three years of age, but also with the personality traits of a preschool teacher. The thesis also includes a breakdown of documents dealing with the job description of teaching and non-teaching staff. By means of different research tools, the empirical part further investigates various teachers´ and parents´ personal experience in including two-year-olds in kindergartens.
Objectives, content and methods of preschool education

The aim of this thesis is to provide a detailed description of the goals, educational content and working methods of a kindergarten teacher from the point of view of both theory and practice of pre-school education. The theoretical part deals with the current goals and content as defined in the Framework Educational Programme for Pre-school Education, and with the methods of work. In addition, the thesis defines the profession of a pre-school teacher, and the organizational forms and principles of pre-school education. The practical part presents specific methods, content of education and achievements of a particular teacher in a particular class. It is based on observing the work of this teacher, a supervisor of the teaching practice of university students, with whom I conducted interviews in order to follow the process of her pedagogical thinking aimed at setting the objectives, specifying the educational content, and choosing the methods of implementation in the environment of a particular kindergarten class.
Socialization of preschool children in homogeneous with heterogeneous groups in kindergarten

The bachelor thesis entitled Socialization of Preschool Children in Homogeneous and Heterogeneous Group in Kindergarten deals with the socialization of preschool children in homogeneous and heterogeneous groups of kindergartens. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. On the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes important concepts related to socialization, characteristics of homogeneous and heterogeneous groups and specifics of pre-school age. The practical part is focused on the discovery of differences in the socialization of preschool children in homogeneous and heterogeneous groups of kindergartens. The research is composed of two research methods, a questionnaire survey and a survey. The questionnaire survey examines the views of nursery school teachers on the different socialization of preschool children in a homogeneous and heterogeneous group, and the views of parents on these two different groups and the influence of these groups on the behavior of their child.
Positive tactile contact in a nursery school

The thesis discusses the importance of positive tactile contact between teacher and preschool children. It examines the positive impact of physical contact on a child's development from different views - neurological, health, social, educational, emotional and physical. Theoretical part describes fundamental and the latest studies about the effect of physical contact on a child's development. The research part of the thesis delivers a result of a survey among parents and teachers, examining opinions on physical contact in a nursery school, its benefits and risks and their awareness of the importance of touch.

The topic of this paper is a 2 years old child - view of parents and nursery teachers. The paper consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part will introduce characteristics of two-year-old child's development phases with an emphasis on bonding, separation and individualization theory, a period of defiance and self-discovery. The practical part will explain the findings from interviews with kindergarten teachers and parents. The aim of this paper is to explore what motivates parents to place two-year-old children into kindergarten, examine the ways of working with young children and problems of their adaptation.
Role of teacher assistant in the kindergarten class for children with speech and language disorders

The diploma thesis focuses on the role of teacher assistant in the nursery class. Its aim is to capture the activities that the assistant teacher performs in this class through qualitative research. The main aim of the research was to describe the activities of the teacher assistant that support pupils directly in the logopedic class of the kindergarten. The research was carried out at the nursery class of the kindergarten. The case studies of five pupils were processed on the basis of documentary analysis and observation and teacher assistant activities were categorized. It has been found that pupils has disruptive communication skills that has been shown since the beginning of development and, besides communication skills, involves in other areas of development. Teacher assistant pays attention to all pupils in the class. Activities that encourage them to engage in education and all kindergarten activities do not differ in content. His work focuses mainly on ensuring understanding, orientation and involvement of pupils in every situation.
