Cílem bakalářské práce je nahlédnout detailněji na cíle, obsah a metody práce učitelky v mateřské škole v teorii a praxi předškolního vzdělávání. Teoretická část se zabývá aktuálními cíli a obsahem, které jsou definovány v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu pro předškolní vzdělávání a metodami práce. Dále je vymezen předškolní pedagog, organizační formy a zásady předškolního vzdělávání. Praktická část obsahuje konkrétní metody, obsah a dosažení cílů konkrétního pedagoga v konkrétní třídě. V praktické části jsem provedla pozorování práce pedagoga (učitelky vedoucí praxi vysokoškolských studentů) a vedla jsem s ní rozhovory se záměrem zachytit proces pedagogického myšlení směřující ke stanovování cílů, obsahu a metod a jejich realizaci v prostředí konkrétní třídy mateřské školy. The aim of this thesis is to provide a detailed description of the goals, educational content and working methods of a kindergarten teacher from the point of view of both theory and practice of pre-school education. The theoretical part deals with the current goals and content as defined in the Framework Educational Programme for Pre-school Education, and with the methods of work. In addition, the thesis defines the profession of a pre-school teacher, and the organizational forms and principles of pre-school education. The practical part presents specific methods, content of education and achievements of a particular teacher in a particular class. It is based on observing the work of this teacher, a supervisor of the teaching practice of university students, with whom I conducted interviews in order to follow the process of her pedagogical thinking aimed at setting the objectives, specifying the educational content, and choosing the methods of implementation in the environment of a particular kindergarten class.
