Support for Community Energy in the Czech Republic

This study systematically analyses the existing support for community energy initiatives in the Czech Republic. The theoretical section defines key concepts such as community energy and explores the legislative framework, stakeholders, and strategic documents associated with this field. The practical part focuses on a detailed analysis of legal and financial instruments currently utilized to support community energy. It assesses the presence and effectiveness of these tools in favour of community energy initiatives. The aim is to provide a comprehensive overview of the current situation and identify potential areas for improvement. This study offers an integrated perspective on existing initiatives and points towards potential directions for further research and the implementation of measures supporting community energy in the Czech Republic.

Proposal of a project of further education for academic staff of selected universities with a humanities focus

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of further education of academic staff of universities with social sciences and humanities. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a project proposal for further education in the field of pedagogical and presentation skills for academic staff of selected humanities universities. This output is preceded by 4 steps. The first partial aim is to describe education and professional competencies of university teachers. The second partial aim is to describe the current system and legislation of higher education in the Czech Republic. The third partial aim is to identify opportunities in the field of further education of university academics. The fourth partial aim is to analyze the needs of academic staff in the field of further education. Building upon a research of literary sources, analysis of documents and legislation, the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the field of education, professional competencies of academics, the issue of further education, the higher education system and related legislation defining higher education in the Czech Republic. Strategy of Education in the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the selected strategic documents of education in the European Union, in the Czech Republic and in the Liberec region. This thesis summarizes knowledge of the development in the European area, the development of legislation and the national attitude from the point of view of strategies of education. The conclusion is based on the previous attitudes mentioned above and compared with the National Programme of Education. Relevant opinions of politicians and experts influencing the further development of the education system in the Czech Republic are presented in the thesis as well. The conclusion of this thesis is the case study of requirements of the National Programme of Education. The theses defines the frame of the National Programme of Education in the Czech Republic and suggests the possible content and related executive structure.

Legal framework of practice by the employees of the Social-Legal Chid Protection Authority

1 ABSTRACT The aim of the thesis is to look on the impact of legislative framework on practice through the eyes of social workers in department of child protection. The point is approach the practice of this profession and impact of legislative to it, which can affect both the client and the worker. The theoretical part of the thesis presents legislative framework, which limits practice of department of social protection. There is summarize The Constitution of the Czech Republic, the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, social and legal protection of children's law and Administrative Procedure Code. Than in this chapter are processed gestation responsibilities related to child protection. The second chapter processed discourses in social work by Karen Healy (2005). The third chapter specifies legislative framework in selected parts of child protection. These are, for example, areas of guardianship ad litem, foster care, adoption, institutional care and curator for children and youth. Abscract: This thesis deals with The socio-pedagogical approaches in the work of the school methodology of prevention in elementary school. The aim of this thesis is determine what kinds of approach and techniques are used by school prevention methodologists in their line of work, and how do they reflect on them. It discusses the types of social pedagogical approach and selected techniques used by a school prevention methodologist in their line of work. It recounts the specifics of their role and their job description. It looks into the legislative ambit of this occupational field, the methodologist's education, categorization, qualifications and rewards. It describes the ideal personality of a methodologist, draws attention to the risks of their work and the ethical aspect of the occupation. It focuses on specific activities within the job description of a school prevention methodologist. It defines selected types of social pedagogical approach and techniques, and incorporates them into the practical ambit. The empirical part of this thesis verifies the theoretical part by research. The results of research show that school prevention methodologists use various socio-pedagogical approaches. Abstract The diploma thesis titled " Teaching of religion in selected primary schools of Most and Olomouc after the year 1989" offers in its 1st chapter a retrospective look at the history of religious education during the 20th century, and more specifically since the founding of the Czechoslovak Republic to the revolutionary year 1989. The following section of the thesis is devoted to the legislation that deals with the teaching of religion and approach to the religions per se. These include in particular the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Basic Freedoms, the Education Act, but in the same time here is not any lack of space for specific educational programs and particular curriculums. In the case of Most region and Olomouc region is outlined historical development and current situation of the teaching about religion.
