Risks of internet space

The goal of this thesis is to map children users' theoretical knowledge of risks of the Internet. It deals with problems of cyberbullying, cyberstalking, sexting and cybergrooming in the youngest city of the Czech Republic, in Milovice. It describes the dangerous behaviour patterns that the children at the age of 11-15 years (i.e. the second stage of elementary schools) in that city are confronted with and that they tend to follow-up. The research shows how they perceive risks of the Internet and how much they trust strange people online. It finds out whether the children make relations with strangers and whether they meet them in real world, where they would look for help if needed and whether they are familiar with some projects focused on the Internet safety. The definition of risk factors of the new media and specification of child users are crucial for the thesis. The thesis also briefly describes Czech legislation connected with risks of cyberspace and outlines the profiles of the aggressors and their victims. It shows possible after-effects of cyber criminality on the real examples. Analysis of online adolescent users behavior and its impact to real life

The diploma thesis analyses the impact of online behaviour on a real life. It is divided into a theoretical (chapters 1 to 3) and practical part (chapters 4 to 7). The first chapter introduces the current trends and generally the topic of social networks, the internet, online communication and relationships. The second chapter describes main forms of cyber antisocial behaviour. The third chapter is focused on the process of socialization and growing up from the point of view of developmental psychology. It also shows individual mental and behavioural frames of the cyber reality which penetrates the real world. The practical part deals in four chapters with different forms of a research which aim was to verify outlined hypotheses and facts mentioned in the theoretical part. The selected methods are quantitative research among high school students distributed through questionnaires, the qualitative interviews among high school teachers and the quantitative analysis of the educational journal. The fourth chapter describes theoretically the methodology of the research. The last three chapters document each part of the research, partially verify the outlined hypothesis and interpret the results.
The Dangers of Using Facebook and the Pedagogical Ways to Prevent It

The thesis deals with dangers connected with using of internet social network Facebook concerning mainly children and teenagers and it suggests possible ways to reduce these dangers. At the beginning Facebook principles and the basic psychological characteritics of the Internet, which are relevant also for Facebook, are presented. It implies some negatives and risks connected with using Facebook which are described in the next parts of the thesis. There is a focus on dangerous phenomena which include cybergrooming, cyberstalking and cyberbullying. The text deals with their prevention and possible resolution. The thesis discusses possible ways of prevention of risks of internet communication with the focus on Facebook and it presents projects dealing with the prevention in this area. Empirical part of the thesis examines relation between risk behaviour and awareness of dangers and safer using of Facebook. The questionnaire survey was made and it concerns pupils of the second grade of primary school from Kadaň. It also examines connection between risk behaviour and the frequency of meeting some undesirable situations described in the theoretical part and it deals with differences between boys and girls in this field.
Online safety: tool for teaching socio-culturally disadvantaged children

Main topic of this thesis is safety of socio-culturally disadvantaged children on the Internet. It confirms a hypothesis that these children are not adequately equipped with skills to prevent possible risks and solve problems arising in particular from the use of social networks and modern communication tools on the Internet. The author of the thesis also aims to contribute to improving the mentioned skills of children by designing a teaching methodology. This methodology employs methods of experimental education and non-formal education as well. The thesis shall submit the theoretical background and research findings on child safety on the Internet, with an emphasis on cyberbullying, cybergrooming, cyberstalking and sexting. It also discusses the issues of socio-cultural disadvantage and exclusion as well as governmental and NGO sector's approach to the education of disadvantaged children. Final part of the thesis summarizes the results of the research, including its methodology. The designed teaching methodology for safe Internet usage is disclosed in the annexe. Methods of investigation of sexual crimes (selected issues)

The thesis deals with the topic of sexual offences investigation. Given its complexity, the thesis only focuses on particular issues, namely the special investigation procedure used in the cases of sexual offences committed against children. The thesis aims to provide overview of individual investigation procedures used in those special cases, to point out their advantages and disadvantages, and to explain reasons why sexual offences against children need to be treated differently. The thesis includes fourteen chapters dividend into sub-chapters. In the introductory part, the main of objectives of the thesis are defined; the following first chapter focuses on the term sexual exploitation and describes the legislation on this issue in the Czech Republic. The second chapter outlines typical ways of committing this type of offence; the third and fourth chapters focus on the subjects of sexual offences, both the offender and the victim, and answer the question if there is a typical victim and a typical sexual offender. The fifth to twelfth chapters look at investigation of sexual offences from the criminological point of view, mainly at the special nature of preliminary and subsequent acts. The bachelor thesis "Disinhibition forms and manifestation" focuses on the internet communication. Nowadays, mobile phones, Internet and other communication devices can use the Internet or your mobile phone to communicate for hours. Start of thesis deals with an introduction to the history of the Internet and cyberspace as an environment in which the Internet is. Then he deals with basic psychological aspects of communication in cyberspace. It represents a typical group of victims, and various methods of attack. It points out the advantages and disadvantages of Internet and social networks and their dangers, but also on the positive aspects of social networks and the Internet for young people. The bachelor thesis can be used as a source of information to all who are interested in communicating on the Internet. And as a further inspiration to those who explore this area of communication.
Návrh preventivního programu se zaměřením na netomanii pro vybranou střední odbornou školu

The Bachelor thesis titled Draft prevention program focusing on netomanii for choosen elementary school is focused on preventing one of the forms of risky behavior, the netomanii or Internet addiction. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the theoretical part has been explaining the basic information on the matter. The Methods of theoretical part of the study is literatas beure, analysis, synthesis and comparison. In the practical part has been created a prevention program "World virtual drugs - Netomanie" for a particular college. It is based on research that includes observation in school, the study document - Minimum Preventive Programme of the school and the survey. The result of this thesis is to create a prevention program designed for the group of students and consequently also for other high schools and colleges.
Cyberbullying at the elementary school

The thesis "Cyberbullying at the elementary school" referred to the issue of cyberbullying is currently in our society. We should first clarify the basic concepts of the topic, as well as resources such behavior of children and related concepts such as kybergrooming. Further work is devoted to less important topics such as preventive measures, procedures in the event of cyberbullying and its postižitelností. We are also acquainted with the real cases of cyberbullying. In the empirical part of the thesis, we focused on a specific group of respondents from rural and urban primary schools in the South Bohemian region in order to confirm or disprove the hypothesis of the existence of cyberbullying in the school and pupils' awareness of such conduct, and then draw the appropriate conclusions.
