Based on practical information from ArcelorMittal Ostrava / Liberty Ostrava, there is presented a critical discursive analysis, evaluation and possible recommendations for solving problems in social media. The work also includes topics related to the crisis and its types, the strategy of companies for social media, the most common risks in communication, or comparing traditional and social media in times of crisis. On a theoretical level, it also touches on the issue of the audience in connection with the use of social media by the working class. In addition to the analysis, the research also includes the characteristics of the Moravian-Silesian Region or a description of the problem concerning the sale of Ostrava steelworks to the new owner. Crisis Management in Tourism Destinations

This bachelor thesis analyses an implementation of crisis management in selected tourism destinations, identifies strengths and weaknesses of crisis management in endured crisis situations and proposes a crisis plan for one selected tourism destination. It deals with crisis situations such as natural disasters, technical problems or terrorism. In its theoretical part the bachelor thesis generally describes the setting of crisis management in public administration in the Czech Republic and in Czech tourism destinations. In its practical part the work firstly determine risk categorization of tourism destination Český Krumlov and tourism destination Českobudějovicko-Hlubocko. Next, the work researches the current condition of the crisis management of these destinations. The information about the current condition is obtained through semi-structured interviews with destination representatives, through case studies dealing with endured crisis situations of these destinations and through an observation of their frequently visited places. The work also researches case studies dealing with endured crisis situations in various tourism destinations abroad and in the Czech Republic and compares discovered cognitions from these destinations with discovered cognitions from case studies of selected destinations. Based on the identified deficiencies, the work proposes several steps for improving of the crisis management of these destinations and a crisis plan for one of these destinations.
Risk management processes improvement in Rosneft

The subject of bachelor's work is the company Rosneft. The purpose of the work is determination of causes of crises and economic risks, determination of factors that affect their magnitude in the risk management process, and development of the generalized model of risk identification and proposal of the methodical ways for risks reduction and adaptive endurance increase in Rosneft. The company Rosneft is the largest in Russia and one of the largest oil and gas companies in the world. Bachelor's work was divided into three main parts. The first part of the work covers the main terminology, the essence of economic risk and the risk of management, as well as the main aspects of crisis management and modern approaches to risk assessment as a threat of the emergence of crisis processes. The middle part describes the company and its economic activities. In this part includes an assessment of the financial conditions and analysis of the economic performance of Rosneft. The last section includes the definition of the main methods and steps aimed at reducing the risks of activities and increasing the adaptive endurance of Rosneft.
Crisis management in nursery school

Bachelor thesis presents crisis proceedings in kindergarten/nursery school/. The target is to verify preparedness and rate of preparedness of these executives with the possible rise of risks in the demographic rise area, rise in the personal composition and last but not least with the risk of negative perception from the immediate surrondings. The theoretic part is based on the available professional literature and other available sources which deal with crisis proceedings and management. Research part consists of a questionaire survey made from the answers of the executives and the teaching staff in nursury schools. In addition, there are analysis and evaluations these surveys. Communication Activities of ZOO Prague in the Period 2010-12 and Their Historical Context

This thesis aims to introduce and analyse the basic methods of arts marketing and marketing communications used by nonprofit organizations using the example of Prague Zoo. Selected method of this thesis is the observation and subsequent description of the main communication and marketing techniques used by Prague Zoo in the years 2010 - 2012. This thesis describes the main subject of the communication campaigns introduced during this period and also explores the following. Analysis of selected historical events that have influenced the current form and communication of the observed subject. Introduces basic terminology and examples of marketing, arts marketing, marketing research, corporate identity, image, logo, crisis management and others. Explores the longstanding dispute over the logo of the Zoo with artist Cihlář which led to complete corporate design change which has been introduced on the occassion of the celebration of 80 years of founding of Prague Zoo and crisis communications during the flood in 2002. Very briefly describes the fundamental historical moments, beginning with its founding.

It indicates reader to a prticular situations which could occur in the job performance of shift supervisor and propose solutions of this situations that will lead to more effective ways of shift supervisor job performance and to better flow of railway transportation.
Specifics of a Financing Management of a Building Company in Economic Instability Phase

This thesis on specifics of financial management construction company in a time of economic instability is accompanied by the issue of management companies in times of crisis. It is divided into two parts: a theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on explaining concepts such as crisis and the company, which is followed by the very notion of crisis management. It describes how to recognize the crisis in the company and what tools can be used to solve it. The practical part looks at this from the perspective of management small and large companies, both have very similar content activities. In terms of big companies is being explored as a joint stock company Strabag, which is part of the Austrian multinational corporations. At the level of small business is focused on a limited liability company, which is active in smaler district. The main source of investigation in this thesis is the financial analysis applied to both companies. At the end of the work, the results of both companies compared.
